How is it going guys. This is my first post. I decided that I will never be one of those people that post just upper body shots in the physique and performance photos I wanted to post a diet that I plan on doing this summer.
Here are some of my stats so you know more about me.

~10-12% bf
Max bench: 325
Max squat: 425
Max deadlift: ~350
My plan is to cut pretty hardcore. I am going to be prob. working 30+ hours a week this summer (I am a college student). So here it goes, please help me out guys!
-Wake up: (prob ass crack of dawn)
Sliced strawberries (other organic fruit)
half cup of oatmeal
protein shake
or
6 egg whites
3 slices of roast beef
-Snack one
protein bar
almonds (half cup)
or
protein shake
mixed nuts (half cup)
-Lunch
8oz chicken breast grilled
1 1/2 cup spinach lettuce
oil and vinegar dressing
or
sliced roast beef
1 1/2 cup lettuce
oil and vinegar dressing
-pre workout
Surge
(half before and half after)
or
gatorade powder
protein powder
water
(mix all up, half down before and half down after workout)
-Post workout
Surge (last half)
-Dinner(about 45 min to an hour later)
Lean steak/chicken/turkey
vegetables (greens)

both look ok in option two id add some form of carb even fruit, id also suggest getting the stuff ready the night prior make it easy on yourself
these look great, make it extra virgin olive oil
if you nopt for the gatorade read the label and bedt to go with the powdered form, many are using sweetners high in fructose
good fats here???
id add some fish oils and looks solid bro, get variety in your veggies etc maybe add some fats to that last meal as well.
