Meal 1:
3/4 Cup Cheerios
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Oatmeal
2 Slices Wheat Bread
1 Scoop ON Whey Protein
Meal 2:
1 Slice Wheat Bread
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 Scoop ON Whey Protein
1/2 Cup Oatmeal

why the cherrios and oatmeal for meal 1? I would eat some eggs (whole) instead of cherrios or make a super shake.
seems to little fats, all your fats are coming from milk and peanut butter. add in olive oil, fish oil. cocnut butter, almonds, walnuts, etc, etc
why protien powder with almost every meal? When bulking I like to just eat more food to get more protein, I only use protein powder postworkout and in my morning shake.
What are you doing for post workout?
1/2 cup ground beef sounds like almost nothing to me, eat more meat!
Hell it dont look horrible to me,. Yhea quite a bit of Whey but if you need it then. Id try and get more food sources of protein like a bit more then half cup of beef on that one meal hell make it a steak.
Veggies yes try and add them but when packing it in that can be damn hard they digest slow.
Fats yes try and get some variety fear not eggs, fatty meats if needed, Olive oil,a fish oil, etc…

I eat fruit whenever I am hungry usually in between my meals.
