hmmm. i’ll take a look at the book. i’m doing okay, but yeah it’s good motivation. the dude is very strict, and what i pay is affordable.

Your on the right track. Work on cutting your bf in about half and I would bet you lose 2-3 inches from around your quads.

I would say drop your bf down and the problem will go away. Your legs are big for your frame but they shouldn’t be that much of a problem at that muscle size.

Funny thing is, my legs rubbing together USED to be my trigger to get leaner. Still do deads and squats just drop your bf and you’ll be fine.
