Not a dead thread promise! Finally found a gym in la close to me with no traffic to get there! 1st week back! Settlers on test e winny at the end for 12 weeks, in the mail now. Witness stage is almost over haha feels good to be back push ups sit ups and air squats everyday made the transition smoother

Trying something new, because hey why not.
Splits looks like:
Mon: chest / back
Tue: legs
Wed: arms
Thur: chest/ back
Fri: legs
Sat: shoulders
Sun: rest
I compound, super set, and drop set the shit out of everything, 12+ reps on everything pretty much, minimal rest. End up with 10rep range for failure burnout sets with a bump up in weight. I hit abs usually every other day sometimes everyday, just depends how I’m feeling. Go pretty in depth on touching every part of the core for the most part lots of plank variations as well etc.
Legs are looking chickenish so I’m gonna try and just blast those
Till I can’t walk. 20+ rep
Range, then drop to heavy struggle to hit 8 range.
I’ll be running 5+ miles post workout on days that aren’t leg day. (Marathon oct 8th)
Cycle: upon arrival
12 wks: 600mg test e, twice a week pin
4wks: 50 mg oral winny ed starting week 8
Hit some clomid pct

lol I run like a lot a lot. Sprinting some hills after a 7-10 mile run isn’t a negative? I love having my hoodie on and head phones in hitting wind sprints on the grass. Reminds me of football practice. So 10 sprints shouldn’t even factor into a “Carry over.” I run 50 yd sprints on 15 second rest. Wouldn’t that help my lungs?

You’re small and weak. Yes, it’s a bad idea at your level of development. Relying on drugs over proper training and diet is fucking dumb. Achieve something without the drugs first, and use the drugs as your ace card. it’s astounding that you’ve run multiple cycles and look/perform the way you do. This is an indicator that you don’t know what you’re doing with your training and diet. It’s just a bad idea. But you’re clearly not smart enough to take my advice. Best of luck, don’t kill yourself.
