After just completing CT Indigo Hypotrophy and Amit Saphir’s strong bodybuilder program it felt strange completing the workout so quickly. I’m buying in though and will follow this program to a T. I’ started bulking 6 weeks ago and have put on 10lbs so far. Doing a clean bulk 40/35/25 with 4100 cals. Looking forward to seeing how my strength progresses. My overhead press is embarrassing, 205 1rpm. I’ve never done a great job tracking my progress and I think this program will have me focus on that and help me make some strength gains. I’ll let you guys know How I make lit.
