I know everyone probably gets tired of answering first cycle questions but I would appreciate the help. I am thinkin about doin my first cycle and was going to do test prop and tren for 5 weeks and then test prop and eq for the last 5 weeks.
My goals are to gain about 20lbs as i am 6’4 220lbs right now and about 12% body fat. The reason for the eq, is cause i don’t wanna get bloated and it will help harden everything up. I will ween off the test at the end and cycle my eq from 250-500 mgs and not really cycle back down cuz of the no conversion to estrogen. I will do a post with clomid. Any suggestions?
Also, I am eating about 7 times a day right now and cutting out most carbs at night. My last meal is usually cottage cheese and peanuts. I am takin in about 400/350/70, give or take. How should I change my diet and if so what should the ratio be.

So, thats 3630kcal a day now. Are you gaining? How long have you been training? How old? Have you read the ‘Newbie’ thread? Did you read P#22 test taper thread? Have you used search on Eq? You will hear that its best used on cycles of 12wk or longer because it stays in you system much longer and takes awhile to ‘kick in’.
You will also hear to stick with the Test for a first timer, use the Prop for 8 weeks. At 125mg EOD is 437.5mg a week, at 150mgEOD is 525mg a week. Control the bloat with your diet, have anti-E ready not in the mail.

Right now I have been putting on about a half pound a week or so yes I am gainin currently. I don’t want to go above that(naturally) because of the body fat issue but when cycling it won’t matter.
Yes I have read the newbie thread and searched Eq. I was going to cycle out with the Eq for 5 weeks because on the first 5 I was going to use tren and the Eq would be to harden up. The test prop I am going to cycle throughout and taper off at the end so the conversion to estrogen will be low and the clomid will be on hand, buying that with the test, tren and eq.
Right now I have been training naturally for 5 years. As I said before I am 6’4 220lbs. Two years ago I was at 195lbs and around the same body fat. I appreciate the advice and keep it coming.

I definitely agree on using a test base or even test only on your first cycle. I wouldn’t even use EQ on the first cycle. You should be fine with test only for 10 - 12 weeks. If you want to use the prop, go for it, but I don’t feel its at all necessary.
Definitely plan out your PCT and have your emergency recourses planned out before day one of your cycle.
Yes, from what friends have told me tren is pretty nasty. Can be a violent on it. Also, i heard test Prop is a better cuttin steroid then test enanthate, is that true? That was why i was going with the Test P over the test E. I am wondering why everyone is saying drop the Eq, it should help harden up everything right? Just wondering.

Mainly because it is a first cycle. On a first cycle it is best to keep it simple, and eat and train properly. You will see plenty of results on a test only cycle. After you have a couple of test cycles under your belt, then consider adding in other things.

Ok, was just wondering, i do appreciate all the help and advice. One more question for anyone and sorry about all this but I can read as much as I want but better to find out from someone first hand. Isn’t test Prop better then test enanthate for cuttin purposes??

I just finished a 16 week cycle that included 600mg eq a week. I did’nt begin to see the effects of the eq until week 10. Five weeks of eq is a waste of gear in my opinion.
