Just started my first cycle

Started 250 test 3 weeks ago and been suffering with shoulder pain for years which doesn’t help at the gym
My aim to bulk out for 16 weeks then rip up
I’ve now gone to 400 test and 250mg deca a week to help size and pain,
Any help?
Anyone does this cycle and seen good results?
First is on par lots of chicken protein rice veg and one cheat meal a day
Since test gone from 96kg to 104 with change in body composition
Things to watch out for? And do I do my tamoxifen if and when lumps appear or regularly?

Help abt what? You already started the cycle so there is no much point to talk about it, like discuss the fact that people dont cycle nowdays anymore, or the dosage etc.
Don’t do exercises that cause you shoulder pain when lifting. Deca will mask a small amount of pain, but injury could get worse as you get stronger.
You offer next to no information other than your age and height, and that this is your first cycle. What about your weight and strength? Goals? Years training experience?
With what? Your cycle looks like a normal beginner cycle. I don’t see any questions being asked.
Yes I have and yes it should results in some size if diet and training are on point. Not much would be keepable though in that short duration so expect to lose most of what you see in the mirror.
Bad. One cheat meal a week is “okay”. One a day won’t get you far in leanness.
