First Cycle Sustanon 250, Advice Needed

Hi

I am first timer and to use sustanon 250mg i have research alot and its too confusing as everyone is different i need someone who can help me to layout my cycle .

i have 5 amp of sustanon 250mg and i know its less but i have ordered from more 5 amp with hcg, nolvadex 25 caps, and airmidex 25 x1mg

i have taken one amp sustanon on friday 17th and my ass was so sore and hurting i could not walk plus has some flu symtoms.i will be taking another shot on wednesday .
I would like to know when to take hcg and nolvadex

now here its my body status
i am 31, 40kg 5’5 and slim ( i know my wieght is under) but have done alot its just my body is programmed differently
i also go to gym and use shake mutant mass.

please help to layout the cycles so i can follow and if i want to stop after 5 weeks will there by any sign of gyno or my testorone production will be stoped

Surely there has to be some kind of mistake. Can a fully grown human actually weigh so little?

yes i am real and sadly i am the way i look its not good at all, i have uploaded my pics .
i did take 5 week sustanon and i think it worked
