Okay… I am a new member and I am new to the TNation. I am actually hoping to find some good advice and learn a lot from people who have gone through being a newbie like I am now. From a couple of friends I have talked to (who I think are far from experts and I am turning to this site as opposed to listening solely to their advice) and from a few forums I have read, it seems I have finally decided after about 8 years of working out and not being able to get the chest and arms that I want, I am going to turn to SUST for help.
I have found two cycles online and am not sure which would be better for a beginner. OR if they are even correct.
First Option:
Week 1 - 500
Week 2 - 500
Week 3 - 500
Week 4 - 750
Week 5 - 750
Week 6 - 750
Week 7 - 500
Week 8 - 500
Second Option:
Week 1 - 12
500 per week w/ no variance from week to week.

SUST will also suppress natural testosterone production rather quickly. The use of HCG and/or Clomid/Nolvadex are necessary at the conclusion of a cycle in order to avoid a hormonal crash. Remember though, Sustanon will remain active in the body for up to a month after your last injection was given. Beginning you post cycle drug therapy immediately after the steroid has been discontinued will not be very effective. Instead, HCG or CLO/NOLV should be delayed three weeks, until you are near the point where blood androgen levels have dropped significantly.
Now to clarify what I need help with and what my questions are:

Can I get some input on doing the actual cycle? Like, Should I follow one of the cycles above? Are there any benefits/negatives to doing a 8 or 12 week cycle?

Some sights have said to use HCG and/or Clomid/Nolvadex and others have said NO. What do I listen to? If I do them, I can’t seem to find any consistency in how to use them or how much. Any advice?
The one thing I did see was that since SUST is slow released that I should wait 3-4 weeks before starting the above and for the HCG I would do it once a week for about 3-4 weeks and NO MORE but the amounts I couldn’t really find.
I couldn’t find any consistent dosage suggestions for CLO or NOLV.
Obviously just starting out and not really having known a lot of people that have taken this route, I don’t know where to turn or the right people to talk to. Hoping to get some good advice and get through this the correct way with as little side effects as possible and keeping the majority of the gains, etc.
