To prevent gyno, or keep it at bay, I’ve found I only needed Nolva once or twice a week.
Docs should prescribe SERMs in urgent care clinics for these cases. A man needs to preserve his masculinity.

The dose needed for just prevention is way lower. The half life of Tamoxifens active metabolite is also very long, so one can take it less often.
I don’t have any itching or swelling today. I don’t know if it was the one dose of Nolva or Aromasin that did the job but today I feel normal. Could of been a false alarm, I have no idea. If no more issues arise I won’t be taking anymore AI or Nolva apart from what I already took.
In any case, I think for the first cycle I’ll just monitor to see if I get any more itching and tenderness and if I do I’ll start preventively taking 10mg of Nolva once or twice a week while skipping the AI.

No more PIP for me. Had a few drops of blood come out.
Lifts are going up, gained a pound or two since a few days ago, belt size the same. Muscles are definitely looking more defined.
Also, I noticed but didn’t say anything, from my first pin, that there is a constant strange odor in my nostrils. I’m washing and bathing as usual so I don’t think it’s me.
I can’t quite describe it. It’s sort of a musky smell, a bit like b.o. but not as funky. Anyone else experience this?
Yep. My wife always loved that I was the cleanest, least smelliest man she ever knew. I definitely have more of an odor when I sweat or anything else. Not bad but yes different.

Went in fine, hardly any noticeable pip.
I’m leaning out nicely while progressing in weight and size. Wife starting to notice, had sex yesterday! Also, m libido is increasing, much more hornier than usual. I’m also less tired and feel like I could train for longer and at a greater intensity. My nipples, while still pointy and hard no longer itch and I’m not taking any AI or SERMS
On the other hand, I find myself very moody the past three days. I’m snapping at my wife about stupid, meaningless shit that I know I shouldn’t and will just lead to an argument. It’s hard to control myself though. I feel this may be caused by elevated E2. Another dead giveaway happened yesterday. I was watching “The Great British bake off” and got emotional and teary-eyed when Paul Hollywood gave a huge compliment to one of the bakers for their exquisite showstopper piece! The baker and myself were sobbing with joy and I’m like “what the fuck!!!??”
I like the ‘horny’ part but not being a ‘bitch’ part. Should I take some AI for these symptoms or just try and ride it out while controlling myself as best as possible? Is this just my body adjusting to new hormone levels? Mind you, I have been known to be a snappy asshole before this cycle. Now I’m a snappy asshole on steroids.
I would use a small dose since you experienced nipple stimulation. Why would it not come back once your body excretes the other medicine?
I think you should ride it out and ask your wife to help you know when you’re being an asshole. The other alternative is a SERM, way better than an AI. Doesn’t have the rebound issues and still allows some of the benefits of E2 but protects your nipples from gyno.

Two days after gbbo I felt my estrogen diminish to normalish levels. Perhaps a cure for crashed E2 could consist of a gbbo weekend marathon.

Definitely feeling more confident. Had a meeting with top executives from my firm yesterday and for the first time wasn’t squirmish or hesitant to speak my mind while looking at them straight in the eye.
I’m in my fourth week and gained about 4kg. Seemingly very little of it has gone to my waistline. This is definitely a welcome change from all my other previous bulking attempts where I’d store most of the shit I ate in my belly.
Since it’s week 4, I’m expecting to see a greater increase in strength, based from all of the anecdotal evidence I’ve read where most people notice a change starting somewhere around w-4.
I’m planning on getting some bloods done in w5. Is TT, FT, SHBG and E2 enough? Perhaps LH as well?
I think this is one of the most significant “gains” made from having proper test levels: confidence. It is such an excellent feeling.

Well, I’ve gained 5kg (11 lb) since my first pin and the clothes that I love don’t feel as comfortable as they used to. I’m having problems turning in my suit jacket. Putting on my facemask is a fucking chore and I’m afraid the linen around my biceps and elbow is gonna pop open. Last time I bulked while natty I had trouble tying my shoes. This time my waistline stayed the same and I’m buckling my belt on the same hole.
I feel I’m getting wider by the day. I can’t imagine what it will feel like if I gain another 7-8 kg (15-18 lb). All I can say is I’m glad it’ll be summer soon when I can wear less clothes that won’t make me walk like a zombie and look completely ridiculous.

Pinning turned into a normal routine now. Starting to see a difference in the mirror and weights going up nicely.
My nipples were sensitive and itchy the past few days again. Also, been having some mood swings, feeling lethargic, puffiness in the face and some bloating. I took 12.5mg of Aromasin yesterday. Nipple swelling went away and I feel better in general. It looks like I probably need a small dose of AI once a week to keep my E2 in check. So far so good.
