First Cycle Seeking Advice

Whats up guys…I have been doing a lot of research on training/nutrition ,and I will continue to do so because I am still learning. I have been training for a little shy of 2 years and I just started my first cycle of Dbol and Test E.

I just finished my first week and I am beginning to feel the strength gains, but I really want a stricter diet plan as well as a better training schedule to ensure that I maximize my cycle and that I’m doing everything right. If some of you guys could shine some light on a few of these things I mention that would be awesome.

Dbol wk 1-4 at 35mg ED
Test E 300 at 500mg a week (250 Monday and 250 Friday)

What muscle groups to train together, Lifting heavy low reps vs high volume…Should i stick to a compound lifting plan or keep training muscles together? Calorie intake, Dirty vs clean bulk, supplements to run along with cycle (fish oils, etc…)

I currently weigh 163 lbs, 22 yrs old (yes I’m aware of the risks that come along) and my current stats are as follows (yes I know its weak) haaa.

Deadlift-235
Squat-215
Bench-195
Press-135

I do have my PCT set already and am aware of how important it is to follow up with the post, but just to verify I should be running Nolva and Clomid at what exactly and how long?

Have you tried that diet thing? What’s your daily diet look like

If you don’t have a clue on diet and training you should not be using steroids. You clearly lack the experience to be messing around with gear. If your diet and training sucks steroids will do nothing for you, it’s not some magic pill. Sure you will see some results but as soon as you come off you will lose everything.

You are why steroids get a bad name. Lazy, weak, skinny little shits like you that don’t want to put the effort in and work hard to get at least somewhere in size with decent lifts.

Why the fuck are you thinking about training and eating properly on cycle? I usually just eat nachos, watch netflix all evening and let the drugs do the work.

And PCT is for pussies. Pussies get high estrogen. Real men don’t. Not on cycle, not off cycle, and definitely not post cycle.

Therefore modulating estrogen receptors is for pussies.

And for PCT, go to the nearest bar and start a fight with some big dude with a mullet. That’s how we used to get our test levels back before all this pussy woman’s fertility drug shit came along.

I once fought a guy with a mullet WHILE eating nachos with extra cheese. Woke up the next morning with 10 extra lbs of muscle.
