Basically I am about to run a cycle of Dianbol and Anavar starting from this Tuesday 25th June and just need a bit of information on a few things.
i am around 27 years old 5,7 and weigh around 13 stones. I have sum fat on me but not too bad. I am looking or shall i say hoping to gain a good amount of mass all over my body chest back and arms. At the moment i can beach around 110 for a few reps but looking to do 150kg for a few reps by the end of the cycle. dont know if it is possible… is it??? …
I was looking at:
CYCLE
DBol - 2 or 3 tablets a day(10mg each)
Avavar - 3 Tablets a talets(50mg each)
taking them alongside each other every 8 hours.
SUPPLEMENTS Along side cycle
Reflex one shot - 2 scoops everymorning with semi skimmed milk (protein Shake)
Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard whey - 3 scoops after workout with water (protein shake)

BSN Nitrix - 9 tablets a day - not sure about taking this yet, as i dont know if i need it…

Holland n Barrett Flex Seed Oil - (capsules)
Glucosamine sulphate 1000mg or Gluscosamine n chondroitin 1000mg - 2 tablets a day ( not sure which of the two to take…suggestions?

i wil be working out 5 times a week. so hoping the gains show quick,
i would really appreciate your input on the cycle i have planned also would like to know if they are anyside effects that i need to be worried about, such as acne, water tension and body shutting is something i know about, is they anymore i need to know about and what i can take to make sure it dont happen, along side what i m about to take. dont want to have a limp di*c or small balls lol
i will take sum pics tomorrow and post them up so we have a before and every week while on the cycle.
