I agree. I know two people who can do this feat (but it is close to their limits). They are both freaks and both on a lot of gear. They do not resemble OP at all.

One has done a 556 lb raw bench at 242 lbs in a powerlifting meet, and is about 30 lbs off of a 2,000 lb raw total.

The other has deadlifted 800 lbs at a bit over 200 lbs. His brother has deadlifted 585 at 16, and 165 lbs (looks like a twig). Not normal genetics.

Possibly OP has some natural strength. As far as attaining an aesthetic looking physique, IMO, that is a long road, if it is even attainable.

I suggest competitive powerlifting. See what you are capable of achieving.

I had a SSC, a really good guy. He’s a DPT as well, faculty at some university on LI and played D1AA football at Hofstra.

Here’s an article on his lifts in a meet, including a 255 press.

There’s no fucking way this guy gets 280 for 4 if Petrizzo gets 255.

Dude, you are nowhere near 20%. Closer to 35% when you started.

I think I speak for most when I assert that we are mostly all proud of your PROGRESS. It’s your aesthetic description of your condition that was somewhat contradicted. Tis true that the audience you’re addressing must be considered. Some of us have not only built a physique aimed for by others, but most importantly have been students of the form of the sport for multiple decades and not only have a skill in diagnosing composition but a steadfast concept on the claim of false glory. Now I’m not for a second accusing you of that deliberately, but it did appear to be the case inadvertently at least.

To give you a reference, I have not trained for around 4 years now, not used AAS for the same. Been lethargic and sedentary to the max, yet I am NOW in similar condition to yourself. I consider MY condition abysmal but I am comparing to better times as well as (for my genetic + chemically assisted ability) unobtainable goals.

But progress is what’s important so props to yours buddy.

Have you reconsidered running Tren? You’re at a stage where solid progress is very much possible (and likely) with TRT alone; a medium which will allow you to maintain your employment and family.

Recommend deleting above pictures with your face in them; glad you posted them, but it isn’t worth the risk of keeping them up.

Week 1-20 test and EQ
Week 1 10 NPP
Week 8 -20 Masteron
Week 11-19 Tren

Why are you so dead-set on Tren? You have a wife and a very small child at home.

Drop the mast; you are not lean enough for this to have a huge effect, and the effects are temporary anyways as they wear off once you cycle off. Both Tren and Mast are known for fucking up your lipids alone - you are looking to take both at the same time.

How much Test and how much NPP are you planning on taking?

Test 750 NPP 400 a EQ 600 a week
