Good catch, the graph above should show MET-hr for the exercise on x-axis with the threshold MET indicated. It ignores the cumulative dose of extreme exercise to get you to the problem zone.

So a total of about 10 mets for an hour (could be 3.3 mets for 3 hours) is what gets you to the bottom of the U?

That kinda lines up with recommendations to get like 120 minutes of walking a week.

It isn’t very much. I would think you wouldn’t get into the danger zone until like 30 mets*hrs a week (just off of observation of what others do), and I’d think that would have to be closer to the 10 met rate or above. Like 6 hours at 5 mets a week, I would think would be totally fine, I’d think that person was living a healthy life regarding exercise.

Besides commitment to a plan, what is your rationale for ending with Anavar?
Do you believe there is some magic ending a cycle with Anavar?

Sorry I wasn’t more clear. Yes I agree the x-axis is wrong. The METs are another unit for power/kg (1 MET = 1.162 W/kg = 1 kcal/kg/hr) not energy per unit kg. In order for the x-axis to make sense you’d need to convert the activity being shown in W/kg over to some activity done over some period of time weekly and then do that for some time. For example, running for an hour three times per week. Then after a year of doing that, what’s the risk? Hence, I would agree with your above…

Take the activity shown and then assume doing that activity 3-5 times weekly for 30 min/1 hr. Obviously the higher the MET the less time you can do it for an acute bout. So 30 MET-hr per week seems reasonable to me assuming a threshold MET (say 10 METs). In my mind you need to set the MET thresholds and the exposure time and probably a very nonlinear response. The thing with these high METs when we talk about high intensity is that they can be done for SECONDS out of a minute. 531 20min hillsprints end up being actually 5minutes of total running + you dont reach top intensity in the first seconds so you basically end up doing even less. And you cant sprint like this daily also. Even if u are dedicated to HIT cardio, if you manage to grind real 15mins of total action it is a lot. That chart seemed to assume that someone can pump put that work for 20-30mins straight 3-5 times a week.
Working close to 90% of max HR will mostly total less than 5 minutes, maybe a few times a week.

Keep in mind that one problem that sprinters and fighters do not have is heart issues. So i am skeptical about some of those ctrl+v’s posted above.

I know that I really didn’t look like I was going to get much out of this cycle but let me just say I only wish I would have done it when I first got out of prison because I would have had probably 10x the results lol but hey better late than never

Well I have been off of Dbol for about 2 weeks I uped my test and dropped my EQ both 500 spilt up Monday Wednesday Friday and today I shattered my most stubborn PR previous Shoulder press PR was 180 for 6 today I put up 240 for 8 hell yeah

Then I went back to the gym later the same day and I got 280 shoulder press for 4 I couldn’t believe it

Well I am definitely battling with a little bit of gyno I don’t have good PCT supplier the gear is great but all his AIs taste like GHB and it really just doesn’t feel like it’s doing it’s job But still very happy with my results

Well I had a couple small setbacks my house got broken so I had to move out for a little while and I was living in hotel for 4 weeks eating fast food everyday so unfortunately I get a little bit of weight back but I was still eating my liver and my bone marrow raw of course but yeah I mean I definitely think I got pretty good results on this particular cycle

Update so I ended up throwing some Masteron on for the last 4 weeks of the cycle I didn’t really like the Anavar so I stopped that after 2 weeks so in thle last 6 weeks of the cycle I was doing 750 Test Cyp 600 EQ and 600 Masteron split into Monday Wednesday and Friday shots with no oral except for Raloxafine which has really done it’s job
