Well Crunch opens in about 3 weeks I’m stoked because the level of grooming children at YMCA is fucking unreal I make sure to wear my Trump hat every time I go in there lol but Crunch also has daycare so I’m stoked

Get a training and diet log going.
Started a new training split yesterday and holy shit I’m now doing day 1 chest and front delts day 2 bis and Tris day 3 back and rear delt day 4 legs day off start over and after my first dedicated arm day I’m absolutely loving the pump
Well after hitting an all time low on bodyweight and bodyfat % I started my next bulk still running the same amount of gear 6iu of growth a day 250 test 3× a week and 1 ml of HCG 4× a week I’ve already gained 15.5 lbs in the last 25 days and am very happy with how my physique is coming along I’ll take some pictures soon

Well last night I hit 1000lbs on the leg press for 6 and hit 395lbs on the plate loaned seat belted tricep push down machine for 2 sets of 10
I’m back to 250lbs
Definitely hit a rough patch in life but I’m back in full swing my training is through the fucking roof I’ve really learned how to push myself to my absolute limit and go heavier and heavier for upwards of 20 reps until absolute failure and always some partials and I do Chest and Front Delts on day 1 Arms Bis Tris and Forearms day 2 Back and Rear Delts on day 3 Legs and Lower Back on day 4 rest repeat and I have coach that took lab’s and designed my next cycle I’m looking forward to a full body recomp according to my coach he’s convinced I’m going to be lean and BIG in 8 weeks
