I’m not i understanding the rationale behind taking more gear when you don’t have time to fully commit to the gym.

1-2iu daily is plenty for quality of life. Save the higher doses for when life allows you to train like you actually mean it.

Sorry for not posting that often anymore I have beer back in the gym for almost a month and I’ve been losing fat like crazy which is nuts because I have been eating a lot but only clean eating my kid’s are thriving life is awesome I finally broke through my plateau and hit 3 plates for 6 on bench my shoulders have always been stronger then my chest until now the YMCA has awesome plate loaned machines I am back in full swing

The point is to share and learn

But you really don’t share anything. You just post random pics of yourself. Post some training and diet.
Start a log in the traiming log section. Not everyone lurks in the drug zone

I definitely need a coach I just don’t want to work with anyone online I am about to be starting a new career just got my CDL so I’m about to be on the road a lot but it definitely gives me more money to be able to afford my dream of stepping on stage in the next 8 years I’ll be 50 by then so I’m hoping to be there in the next few year’s especially now that I will be able to hire a fitness coach and dietician

Monday and Thursday
Chest and Tris
Tuesday and Friday
Back and Biceps
Wednesday and Saturday
Shoulders and Legs
I need a coach to learn how to target certain muscle groups and a proper diet but I know that I can get there in the next 5 to 8 year’s I will be able to step on stage

Check out Ryan Humiston on YouTube! He or Greg Doucette would make for an awesome coach at the level you’re aiming for.

Well I’m going to be having gyno surgery in the next 3 months kinda nervous but I am stoked to finally get it removed

I had it done 10 years ago or so. It’s no big deal just make sure you give it the time you need to heal.

Yeah I have pre-pubertal gynoclamastia which was exasperated greatly by my first cycle they are about the size of 2 golf balls in each one

That suck, i’m sure you’ll be glad to get rid of it. Mine wasn’t that big.

14.7% body fat at 226.5 lbs fuck yeah I would have guessed closer to 25%

What did you use an inbody?

I would like to see a pic. The gym that I train at, on occasion, has an Inbody scanner. The last scan I had put me at 13.1% body fat at 214lbs. It seems fairly accurate to me. I would have guessed myself at 15%.
