Why not do official TRT, or even DIY TRT only then?
TBH, and I don’t want to seem harsh, but your training and diet don’t seem dialed in enough to warrant running 3 compounds. I kinda think you would get roughly the same gains on TRT if we subtract the bloat which will make it seem like you gained more.
Maybe once you have TRT and your lifting and diet dialed in a bit more, consider a simple blast. Maybe once you have access to proper equipment (you need more than 75 lb dumbells IMO).
How do you know if my diet or my train looks like I literally do not eat any seed oils I do not eat any processed foods I’m on a carnivore diet and I train 3 hours a day 6 days a week so I don’t know where you’re getting the information from there buddy
Do you have a real gym within a 45 minute drive?
Taking as much AAS as you are you should be squating 400+lbs for reps. Does Planet Fitness have a squat rack that accommodates heavy squating?
Okay, props for posting pictures. You’re right, I didn’t know what diet or training looked like, but I had a strong feeling based on your answers to other people that it wasn’t dialed in.
I think your pictures show that you do have muscle mass. I’d put your body fat at closer to 30 percent though. Most people underestimate their body fat. I have no motivation to insult you. I just think it’s best to make decisions with the best information possible.
I do think what others have told you about finding a proper gym is spot on. You have outgrown planet fitness. I think you probably need to come up with a new training plan based on proper equipment once you get that. There are a lot of good templates on t nation.
It sounds like you plan is to blast and cruise, right? Why not start with the cruise part? Lose some fat and prep yourself to bulk with a blast.
Since you want opinions, here’s mine, with no disrespect intended: cut first, on a TRT dose of testosterone, maybe a “sports TRT” dose of 250mg weekly, just by itself. Do that for 8 weeks, assess progress, maybe add in something like Var if you wanted a boost. I think you’re a good candidate for a recomp, esp if it’s AAS assisted. You’d hold onto the muscle you have, maybe add a few more, and cut the BF down
