Well I have upped my calorie intake to 5000 a day definitely enjoying the hunger from the mk677 the 1500 test and the 500 Deca still waking up with a raging hard on every morning so no Decca dick yet and I was starting to cry at commercials so I’m taking .5mg of Arimidex twice a week
I finally broke 240lbs after upping my intake to 5000 calories a day with my goal at 310 protein and 510 carbs
I didn’t eat all that at dinner i just left my phone at home I use a food scale and a measuring cup for basically everything I eat and drink
Already down to 240
That’s quick! Might want to slow down a bit
Water weight.
I was also eating anywhere from 5000 to 6000 calories a day now I’m down to 3250
I dropped my test down to 1000 a week and 500 Decca

So what’s your end goal here? What are you trying to achieve? Can it be put in numbers?
My goal is to eventually weigh anywhere from 250 to 275lbs with a low body fat percentage
What’s your more realistic goal? 220 lbs with 10% BF would look kick ass at your height
TBH, that is quite ambitious. If he was competing as a pro in classic physique, he would have a max weight of 219 lbs. Of course, the good competitors are not 10% body fat, more like 5%.
I am stating that if one can achieve the same weight as a classic physique competitor but is 10% BF, that is an accomplishment. Yeah, to actually be as muscular, they would need ~11 lbs more muscle (0.05*219=10.95 lbs, assuming the pros are at 5% BF), and ~11 lbs less fat. But when comparing to someone that looks like this:

Having 11 less lbs of muscle, and 11 lbs more fat seems quite good. I’d take it any day haha.
Kind of my thoughts too. 220lb with heavy PED use and 10% versus stage BF seems doable.
It is likely doable with average and above genetics and enough time with good training, diet and gear use, but it would be a good accomplishment. A good long term goal. I don’t see that being a 6 month goal here though. More like several years.
The current goal is basically I want to be the size of a pro open BBer in the off season. That is pretty lofty.
It’s going to take time and consistency in diet training and supplementation and I am definitely in It to Win It LOL
I’m 5’11 and a half just a cunt hair shy of
