First Cycle Running Test E, Dbol, and Equipoise

It’s not like I blend it raw I cook it first I just watch a lot of bodybuilding stuff and diet stuff on YouTube and I seen this one bodybuilder who was freaking humongous and he blended up 5 lb of chicken a day to drink

the way he looks has nothing to do with anything he does tho… not food, not training, not blending, not even steroids… he would look the same if he would eat other foods and do different sport…

Ye…but you’re not humongous. And you’re not trying to gain weight, but lose body fat. So you want food in you during your waking hours. Also, you’re kind of defeating some of the thermic effect of protein if you’ve turned it into soup. Same deal with actual vegetables/fruit vs smoothies.
There is really no need to copy someone else’s extreme approaches (which may be just for clicks/views); keep it really simple.

Try out the below as a template. Once I was introduced to carb cycling, I was hooked: it just makes life so easy.

Calories: 3093
Weight Lifting Days: || Protein: 43% || Carbs: 43% || Fat: 15%
Cardio Only Days: || Protein: 50% || Carbs: 25% || Fat: 25%
High Carb Day (1 a week, +1,000 cals vs rest of week): Protein: 20% || Carbs: 80% (ideally it’s a leg day).

Ensure your weight lifting days are actually using the carbs. Try THIS program out…it will turn you into a sweaty mess. Do 30 mins of Tabata style cardio during the day as-well (ie 10 seconds all out, 20 normal pace; repeat). I do 10 mins before each meal, but can be anytime.

On the off days, do 1 hour of low intensity cardio.

Before you cut calories, see if you can increase the energy use of your weight lifting (shorter rests/higher %s/more reps) or intensity of cardio (faster speed / steeper incline / more time). Longer you can stay at higher calories, the better. (I had to relearn this lesson multiple times).

If you need to drop 200 calories, divide it evenly between carbs/fat.

Well I now know it was my grip strength that was killing my back gains I used straps today on all of my machine pulls doing the whole stack now instead of just 3/4 of it

Drop in 20mg of Cardarine maybe?

150lbs on each side for 12

Well I hit 700lbs on the leg press for 10 which was all the available plates and a couple of 25s I feel like I could have done more

Heavy weight on machine assisted exercises are not brag worthy. It’s like telling a grown man you have a really cool bike only to admit is a bicycle not a motorcycle. Tell me instead you squatted 600lbs… then I would be colored impressed.

Agreed. I can leg press 900 for 8 but can only squat 315 for a couple.

I use the machines to get a good pump then I rep the free weights until I can’t get another rep
