First Cycle Running Test E, Dbol, and Equipoise

Like RH pointed out, he has gone up and down in weight multiple times. I think chasing a goal for a few weeks, maybe losing fat, then feeling weak, and switching to gaining, feeling too fat, then switching to losing again…

I think gains would be better if in a consistent surplus for several months with lots of protein. I think results for physique would be better if a caloric deficit was maintained for several months.

I think basically that he just changed plans right as progress was starting in either gaining or cutting. Then the switch of plans and diet caused that progress to be lost.

I think this is something a lot of guys that are too high in body fat do when using gear. They don’t eat like they should for a bulk because they are already too fat, so they don’t get the gains. They don’t do well cutting either because it seems lots of the guys in that group are there because they stop dieting / cutting as soon as they lose a bit of strength (including while natty). For me, I have to forget about strength in certain lifts while cutting, and remember it comes right back once I have a surplus of calories and a bit of extra gear (probably around a month, with just using moderate Test).

FIFY haha.

I think you are heading in the right direction.
To improve on your results i would try to get as good an understanding of your calories as possible.
I have certainly been guilty of this but becoming more educated on how to count calories has helped me a lot.
As a side note, you have some of the biggest bad ass hands ive seen!

I don’t know how to take that so I’m just going to take it as a compliment

If I indeed wanted instant results I would have given up a years ago but I’m dedicated

But why? What is the main goal?
I mean, you are like what…around 30 at least(cant tell because of the beard because nowdays every 20yr old grows it so hed look older). You are basically at the very beginner level at this age, which means - you will never do any sports. You clearly dont have the genetics(neither do i) to look actually good for like “internet standards”.
The best result you can get with your age and genetics is - you can be just big for people who dont even train and that would take you money on drugs and food and years off your life.

This is the same question i asked to myself, btw, and i couldnt really come up with a good answer, which is the reason im probably done blasting.
I mean, unless you have a potential to be good at something, you dont need steroids. If you just like the gym, you can do it without drugs. If you just want to look better, just stick to weightloss, because nothing looks as good as some abs in the eyes of 99% of the population.

Maybe its just me, but unless you have bodybuilding potential or a good potential at the age of 17-18 it any other sports, blasting is just a waste of resources and life, tbh.

Ever try adding in some GH? This has always been a great way to cut that stubborn fat around the midsection for me. Low and slow but it works great over time.

And do burpees everyday, fasted, first thing in the morning.

Im 40

I was born with 1 testicle so I’ve literally had low T my entire life I will never come off of Test

I’m doing it for reasons I can’t explain but know there’s definitely a purpose

I just downloaded stupid simple macro tracker the one that Sam Sulek uses I think that I haven’t been eating enough the entire time at least not the right amount macros I really think just adding this to life will help me

What are your calories/macros for a week?

You seem to have dropped a good bit of the belly, which is good news.

I’m trying to eat 300 grams of protein and 2000 calories

So only 800 calories of carbs/fat? How are you dividing that up? Same carb/fat counts every day or different by gym day/off day?

I wouldn’t go much further below 2,000; and instead look to add energy work (cardio/HIIT et al); you’re still in the ~20%+ bodyfat guesstimate range, so awhile to go yet.

So my intake goal is roughly 2500 calories 50 grams of fat and 300 grams of protein as for carbs I try to get between 150 and 250 grams a day… I literally just started actually tracking I used to think I was on top of it but after actually tracking everything I eat I eat way more fat than I thought and not enough carbs my protein intake is usually right on point but even that has been slacking a little bit

You dont need 300 grams of protein unless you like those foods. I eat around 150g and i dont see any difference. I also dont like the taste of chicken and i cant afford other meats. Especially if cutting, i rather eat smth i like, instead wasting calories on chicken

Which one is it? Getting your diet dialed in is prob the most important thing you should be doing if trying to cut. Drugs and exercise can’t compensate for poor diet.
Do you have a training log showing your workouts and daily food intake? I think that would be more beneficial to you than just posting some rando pics every month or so.

I just started using the app that is endorsed by Sam Sulek, Stupid Simple Macro Tracker so I know have a diet log so I will now track workouts like reps sets weight and exercises I’m going to have to take videos on some lifts so I have proof my shoulders are way stronger than my chest

I don’t think you need proof. Pics show overdevelopment of shoulders alone. I’ve always been weak in the pectorals and in my youth could barbell military press 225 for reps from a seated position. My bench was about the same.
