No hard feelings I didn’t get the exact results I wanted so I will just be doing Test until I have low enough body fat to SEE my results
I think in the latest pics he did actually lean up. There is no more fat hanging over. I think this is a huge step in a right direction, looks 10 times better already. That fatloss progress now really looks good.

@rusty_hammer Compare the muffintop. This is a good fatloss imo.
Almost everyone needs a lot of time for that / never gets there. Arnold has said recently that his physique never got to where he wanted it. I see you progressed on your arms for sure and leaned up some.
I think your plan on going to just Test at TRTish doses is a good one. Just as an anecdote for you, is that I think my best physiques have been on TRT doses. I like to bulk while blasting. I am bigger, but because I am bulking, there is more fat. A smaller leaner physique looks better to most people (so long as it’s still a muscular athletic looking physique).
It just takes what seems like forever to actually be “big” and very lean, at least for me. Perhaps if I committed to a 7 to 9 month blast where I bulked and cut I could do it, but it is kinda outside of what I am willing to do.
I stand corrected. Didn’t realize this was an old pic. Comparing the two he indeed lost some weight and inches of his waist. But he didn’t need grams of tren, Eq and dbol to do that. He appears to want instant results and that’s why his weight keeps yoyoing up and down 20lb every month. What he needs more than any aas is a proper place to train, a proper training routine and proper diet. And copious amounts of time and effort.
@rusty_hammer I wholeheartedly agree! As I believe I commented earlier in this thread, if you had shown me even the before and after pics…and THEN told me all of the Test, Dbol, EQ, etc he was taking, I would have called BS and said either he got some completely fake gear, or he literally took all that and did not train and sat on the couch eating junk food.
Like @rusty_hammer said, I’m not trying to be an asshole either, and I’ve even given you some sound advice in this thread, but man, bro…dude…I’m just NOT seeing the dramatic changes in your physique based upon the very strong, and tried and tested AAS compounds which you used! I’ve actually runt Test, EQ, and Dbol many times in my offseasons and I’d literally gain 30-45lbs! Naturally there was some fat gain/water weight gain BUT I still actually maintained the outline of my abs and still had good muscle separation (not contest-type separation, but still).
I think as RH mentioned, the diet, as in overall QUALITY of calories as well as grams of protein/day, and the training intensity, exercise selection, methodology, techniques are where this entire plan went awry. Because if you were consistently consuming 4,500-6,000 calories a day (as you should have been since you were looking to “get swole”), consuming 1-1.5g protein per lb of bodyweight, and squatting, rowing, deadlifting, lunging, benching, military pressing, etc etc your physique should have had RADICAL changes. If you were training like Dorian Yates in his blood and guts video[look it up], or Ronnie Coleman or Branch Warren in their training videos (ok, I’m talking about the intensity and heavy iron…yeah, their form is horrendous), your workouts with the iron should have yielded a TON of growth!
Ya gotta first, and I truly mean this, step back and consider if your gear is even real…or if it’s maybe severely underdosed! I’m serious. You were taking several synergistic compounds of AAS which should have had VERY VISIBLE results. You need to have a legit discussion with your source bro, because most folks can actually take all that, if it’s real and dosed correctly, and just do a ton of pushups/pullups, workout with the Hulkamania weight set and still get bigger! Second and third, ya gotta really plan out your diet…aiming for 6+ meals of REAL FOOD a day (shakes are simply extras/snacks) as you need the calories of actual meals, and the third one is somehow, I know you said PF and some other craphole were your only gym options, but you gotta find a solid gym with a good amount of usable, effective machines AND plenty of dumbbells and barbells and plenty of plates.
