Hi. I’ve been a creeper on here for quite some time although never registered, posted etc.
I’m planning my first cycle early march and I was initially planning on running Test E 500 or 600mg / Week 1-12 and Dbol 30mg / Day Week 1-4. Although i have been recommended by a friend who has been in bodybuilding for a long time who suggested I looked into doing Test E, Dbol, Deca & Winstrol.
I am curious to see what you all think about this for my first cycle, because from what i have read a lot of first cycles are very simple I.e. Test E & Dbol or just Test E.

23. Y.o
6’4" 215lbs
5 years training
Starting weight 135-145lbs
Personally I like the cycle you have laid out for a beginner. I wouldn’t get to crazy adding a bunch of compounds but Test and Dbol is very good combination for a beginner. I personally respond better Anadrol but to each his own.
Thanks for the help! Even with my coach assisting me with all of this (with decades of experience), including AI, Serm, PCT etc You would still not recommend following what he says and rather keep it simple running what i intended or even dropping the Dbol?

what’s his advice for an AI and PCT?
i’m curious, as Test, D-bol, Deca and Winny is a pretty strong first cycle… you could gain a lot, but stacking 4 drugs makes it really hard to gauge how you respond in general, and would also be hard to help you identify which one is giving you sides, if you get them…
if you looked at those links i posted, then you should know that the gains form 600 mg/wk of test is pretty good by itself…
He said once I get everything lined up and ready to go (Seeing as im starting in a month - month and a halfs time) he will tell me what protocols we will be running for AI and PCT. Right now im gaining anywhere from 1lb to 5lbs per fortnight (lean mass with very little fat), started at about 195lbs with my coach now im up to 215 and with 6 months to go until I start competition prep my guess is that he wants me to go hard out for the first cycle because we may not have enough time to go a 2nd cycle pre-contest. I had a look, Test alone from what i see is great gains with a good diet but then again i’m inclined to see what my coach has to say given his experience.
Also from what i’ve been reading on deca / winny (Correct me if im wrong), he wants me to grow as much as possible (lean mass) whilst still staying healthy, so would that be the reasoning behind the deca & winny? Seeing as it looks like winny can be hard on your joints and deca eases that ?

well, if it was me, i’d be a little offended that he’s keeping this a secret from ya… it’s your health, not his.
i think you have plenty of time to do 2 cycles in 6 months, prior to competition (bodybuilding, i presume?)… it might be worth it to run this one a bit shorter (8-10 weeks) to allow time for a cutting cycle prior to your comp, later…
I’ll ask him to get it set up so that I know what I need. I’ll be speaking to him later on in the week and I post an update. If i start my first cycle march and it runs through to say june (including PCT and recovery time for liver etc) or longer that gives me 4 maybe 5 months max until I step on stage.
