First Cycle Questions: Test C, EQ, Dbol, Anavar

35 yo, 1.65 m, 81 kg
Lifting for 8-9 years
Endomorph

Will start with bulking cycle, around this September/October.

I’ve read and also got several suggestions for cycles, and I need some guidance before zeroing into what to choose and acquire.

The most interesting cycle suggestion I got was:
200mg test c
150mg eq
1 dbol
1 anavar

Perfect health, blood work shoes no issues.

Now, I’m not sure if this might be too much or not. I’m looking for a booming start and then continue to around 2-3 cycles in 2024, if not less than that.

So, looking for some criticism, crucifixions, and mainly a good sense of direction.

What is your history with AAS?

None

For starters (1) dbol and (1) anavar doesn’t mean anything without dosage. EQ is a weak anabolic in low doses.

Its clear from communication that you probably need to hang out on the forum for a few months and read/learn.

There are a lot of first cycle posts and the response is more or less the same. Test C/E solo for ~10-12 weeks is the staple.

Honestly you should start by taking test only. You have 0 idea of how your body will react so if you put in multiple compounds and you get sides you won’t know where they are coming from.
I would start with test only at 300-500mg/wk. Plan on running for 10-12 weeks. If you are 8-9 weeks in and hit a plateau either add in more food or if your not having any issues with the test then maybe add in TBOL for the last couple weeks.
What is your plan for AI?
What is your plan for organ protection?
What does your BP look like?
What is your PCT plan?
These things all need to be in place and in hand before you start anything.

Super helpful. Thanks!

AI - Arimidex
PCT - Nolva
Organ protection - TUDCA+NAC
BP - 115

@s.gentz how to determine what actual test dosage?

There is no determination factor. Everybody responds differently. The bigger the dose, the slightly better the results (not linear) but also the higher risk of side effects.

I will also add that when I was younger and cycling with PCT I would lose most of the gains every time I would PCT. It was a 2 step forward 1.5 step back process. I’m not advocating for any specific direction as this is all a personal choice. If you plan on doing this several times you may want to consider HRT during your off periods.

There is no set way. It’s risk vs. reward vs. diminishing returns.
Most(including myself) do their first cycle at 500mg/wk. For the average person this seems to be the sweet spot for good growth with little to no side effects although everyone is different. Some do very well on 300mg/wk.

If you were to do it over would you do it the same or would you just stay on low dose(trt) test. Most who use AAS for any period od time end up on TRT anyway. Do you think it’s healthier to stay on or to keep putting your body through PCT?
I only did PCT once before I ended up on TRT after second cycle.
Just curious on thoughts.

So I had hormone problems my whole life. I took my first Test Cyp shot at 15 to induce puberty. Back then they didn’t know what they know now. I should have remained on it IMO. But to answer your direct question I think optimized TRT is the best course for the non competitor.

I would think, from a lay perspective, that HRT would be healthier than putting your hormones through a down side rollercoaster.

You haven’t given any info on where you are at with current body comp, nutrition plan, training plan, photos.

Steroids are a borderline waste of time until you dial in at a minimum your nutrition and achieve a solid base of strength and decent body comp.

Coming out of the gate with this many anabolics seems reckless and not well thought out if you care about your general health. If you’re hellbent on roiding up, start with a reasonable dose and cruise on T for 6 or so months and see where you are at and go from there.

Get blood tests before starting and after the first 3 months. Things can go sideways quickly for some.

What happened to first cycle, test only? That was plastered on every wiki and steroid forum on the internet. Does no one follow that any more?

Your lack of knowledge in even the very basic things is so huge that in order to give you something that will actually make sense and explain things, it would take at least 3 full consultations, 1 hour each, which is a paid service.
I have personal clients in MMA and Gym, i have also given many online consults about training and drugs, so if you are interested, my IG account is in my profile, you can find me there.
Or you can just spend some good 3-4 months on learning in forums and videos, etc.

I doubt someone will actually give THAT amount of info away for free. Its just too much.

@blshaw That’s kind of the answer I was thinking.

@AnavarMecha Sorry to highjack your post.
