So this will be my first cycle, very new this the ‘dark side’ of the lifting industry so I’m just looking for recommendations.
I’m doing a 12 week Cycle of Test/EQ
I started off with mid test levels and started my doses at 75/75. I did that for 4 pins and I pin every 3 days.
I’ve now hopped up to 150/150 pin every 3 days and just got my bloods done to see what the 75/75 has my levels at.
What exactly should I be looking for in my bloods other than Testosterone, and what side effects should I look out for?
Now that I am taking the 150/150 I also take 1mg of Armidex every pin, I know it’s a high dose but don’t want to risk getting Gyno with EQ. I understand from reading some topics that I should be looking at my E2 levels to make sure I don’t crash.
For my PCT I was thinking of running 1000 ius of HCG every other day for 2 weeks then start 40mgs of CLOMID every day for 3 weeks then 20mgs for a week. Then start 25mgs of DHEA every other day for 2 weeks or until I start to get nipple sensitivity, whichever comes first.
I built this PCT by just talking to some low level body builders and friends of friends. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Like I said in the post, this cycle was built off asking questions. I’m just trying to get more input. I’m not just going to drop the cycle 1/3 way through, that’s probably the worst advice you could give because that would mean potentially doing damage without any of the reward. If crashing my estrogen is a concern why would I just not drop down from 1mg to .5mg of the armidex?
That doesn’t help me much considering I’m already 1/3 of the way through the cycle… obviously I can do all the google searching I can but I want to hear from real, experienced people.
Your not going to get any reward anyway. 150mg/wk test is replacement dosage so depending on your natural test levels you may be introducing lower levels that are naturally producing.
150mg/wk of EQ is useless. The only thing it will do is raise red blood cells. 300mg/wk is about the lowest you should run to see any real benefit. Even that is a little low.
Your first cycle should be one compound. Test only in the 500mg/wk range. IMO you should drop the EQ and raise test to 500mg/wk and run that for 10-12 more weeks. Ask questions first next time.
