First Cycle, Need Advice

Like I said before, those are all minimum macros. I exceed them obviously daily. I was just posting that to let everyone know that I’m not getting all those calories by eating oreos all day. I know that I need AT LEAST 1.5 g of protein per lbs of body weight, AT LEAST 1.25 g of carbs per lbs of body weight and AT LEAST a 4:2 protein to fat ratio intake to achieve potential muscle growth. But thank you for your input.

what a disaster. Get your diet figured out, I would be willing to bet you aren’t exceeding those macros daily…I can’t tell you how many friends who start lifting tell me they are eating everything under the sun but can’t gain weight. I have them write down exactly what they eat for 3 days, and then I do the calculations for them, without fail they are getting in 1000 or more less calories per day than they think they are.

There is no way you were eating 6k cals and not gaining.

Don’t waste your time doing a cycle until you get the rest of your crap together, you will just be spinning your wheels.
