First Cycle Log, Strongman Training

Hello Guys,
First post to the forum as I am new! I have been training for a couple years, learning the fundamentals etc. I’ve been really focusing on Strongman training. I most recently came across a couple bottles of Test Sust. and am running a cycle.

I am on my second week and doing 600mg every 3-4 days. So roughly 1200mg a week. Will keep everyone posted.
This is the grounds for my first “real cycle”. Depending how I respond to the test will depend on where I go from here.

Male:30
Weight:360
Height:6,0

Body type is strongman style.

Yeesh. That’s a lot of Test for your first go with it. Best of luck. Would love to see a photo and lift log to see how you improve.

At 360 is the body type really “strongman” or just fat? Picture would clear it up. I am pretty sure 360 at that height is just very fat.

I would be 400 at the end of that cycle.

Please share a pic and your numbers on the compound lifts.

What would you recommend?

without having seen your pic to assess level of BF, amount of muscle you carry, and info about your strength levels it is irresponsible to blindly throw out random numbers.

FOR ME I want to take (as much as I can) enough to maintain the muscle I have without needing an AI or experiencing any sides while eating in a deficit with high protein(2x bw).

My dude, this is the 4th ignored request for a physique picture.

Right now, I’m assuming you are an untrained 360lb individual with no dietary discipline whatsoever.

Post a pic and prove me wrong, otherwise I don’t think anyone here will give you advice on your cycle - because the above described individual has NO business taking gear.

My thoughts would be it seems like you randomly decided to start banging 1.2 grams of Test with no previous AAS experience after only “training for a couple years” at 6’0" 360, with no clear cut goal in place. One can only assume, based on that alone, that you have a high % of bodyfat and not a great foundation of muscle. IMHO, it’s a poorly thought out plan, with a pretty high chance of going sideways.

That being said, I hope it works out for you. Make sure to get your bloodwork done, keep tabs on your BP, and make sure you have a legit AI ready to rock. Best of luck.
