First Cycle! Here Goes Nothing

good lad, remember though a lot of that initial weight gain is water weight.

Loads of guys gain 20lbs on cycle then freak out when they lose 10 of it in PCT.[/quote]

I feel shitty being this heavy, looking forward to dropping some weight.

you’ll probably lose a bit of water weight when you come off the dbol.

Yeah i was thinking the same

so im thinking of dropping my dbol down to 30mg a day.

The gains are good, the pump is good but my lower back can’t handle it.

It starting to get in the way of my training now. I cant workout how i want to because the pump in my lower back is ridiculous.

I havent deadliftied yet on this cycle and tbh i dont even wana try, Normally my lower back is pretty resilient. I can throw everything at it before it starts to give up.

But with this even bending over causes it to pump up to epic proportions.

id rather take less dbol and be able to workout to my full potential.

If im still having problems with 30mg a day ill drop to 25, if its still the same i’ll just fuck it off altogether,

On second thoughts i’ve had another idea. i always take my dbol preworkout, what if i leave it until post workout so there isn’t any fresh in my system? Ima give that a run and see what happens before i cut the dose down.

taurine supposedly helps with back pumps

Ive heard that, and a lot people saying it does fuck all as well. Guna experiment and see what happens anyway.

Still go over 2 weeks before ima month in to the cycle and i’ll post new pictures then.

Quick back shot from yesterday

So today is exactly 2 weeks in.

249.5lbs
Arm is 18.5 cold in the morning.
Naval 40.5.

Feel good.

excellent log im following this with great intrest!

253lbs this morning. Heaviest ive ever been in my life.

Getting comments left right and centre about how big im getting. Feels weird and good!

keep posting pics mate, im thinking of doing a similar cycle. Are you doing any cardio at all?

Not really i throw a bit of heavy bag work and jump rope in HIIT style the odd workout a week.

I’ve always hated cardio with a passion so don’t follow me on that.

The deadly back pumps are back. FML.

After legs today i could hardly walk back to my office. And i say hardly walk i mean literally hardly walk. Fuck i can’t wait to finish this d-bol.

On another note the test is going in a dream now, pretty zero pain bleeding. Pretty good actually. Shooting into the quad every time and seems to be going fine so far.

Don’t know why people say you shouldn’t shoot the quads on your first cycle. IMHO i’d find it difficult to aspirate if was going into the glute.

For anyone whos following this is my current split:

6 days on 1 days off - 4 day split.

1: Chest/tris
2: back/bi’s/traps
3: Shoulders/tris
4: legs
5: same as 1
6: same as 2
off
repeat

This way i train each bodypart 6 times in a 4 week period, and it just rotates through.

I was thinking to change to a 3 day split and split legs up so i can train each bodypart twice a week (8 times a month) maybe when i come off the dbol i’ll do this.

wouldnt this cause overtraining and fatigue? i thought each bodypart should be trained once a week?

my split is as follows:

mon: chest/biceps
tues:legs
wed:off/cardio
thurs: Shoulders triceps
fri:off/cario
sat: Back and traps
sun: off/carido

and repeat… Although your on cycle which means quicker recovery, i always just thought training a muscle to much stuns the growth due to overtraining and fatigue.

I used to get crippilig leg doms for days. I did lehs yesterday and i could happlily of done them again today,

Im definitely not in danger of over training - most problems occur when people under eat or under rest/recover.

So its day 22 - 3 weeks have passed now into this. Weighed in this morning at 256.74 lbs.

Started at 235 - so in weeks ive gained almost 22lbs with my navel only creeping up 1/2 inch. Im pretty fucking pleased with this to be honest.

Took some pics post chest/tris this morning.
