First time posting and don’t really know how to start so I’ll get right into it. First off let me just say I’m not planning on starting anytime soon. I’m only 21 and have lots of time. I just wanted to know what a good first cycle is for powerlifting and strength. Considering I’m not really wanting size (thought it might happen anyways). Just wanting to research and look into it for when I’m ready.
Bodyweight-180
Squat-350
Bench-300
Deadlift-450

Irrespective of end goal, first cycle is always recommended to be test-only. Limit your exposure to one variable at a time, thus avoiding any confusion in regards to side effects.
Once you’ve done test and learned how your body reacts you can start adding new things. For a power lifter I imagine Anadrol is going to be a pretty useful weapon in the arsenal. But I’m just speculating.
How much test is a good starting point? Also if I wanted to cycle instead of staying on forever, with the correct pct, would I go back to normal?
