Yes I know, another first cycle thread, but I’m reading the other posts and I would like to debate certain issues. So let´s cut to the chase
Stats:
Male; 26 years Old; Training for 6 years; RAW Powerlifter
BW: 203 lbs (92 kg) height: 6 ft (1,82 cm) %BF: 12 % (fairly cut for a Powerlifter)
Best Lifts @ 198 lbs (90 kg):
Squat 530 lbs (240 kg)
Bench Press 340 lbs (155 kg)
Deadlift 600 lbs (270 kg)
So now I decided to use gear for the first time in my life, I’m looking at Test Enanthate/ Tren / Dbol,
W 1-12 Test Ena 500-600 mg W
W 1-6 Dbol 25 mg ED
W 1-8 Tren 50-100 mg Every other Day
PCT
W 13-14 OFF
W 15-16 Nolvadex 40 mg ED
W 17 Nolvadex 20 mg ED
Please criticize substances used, quanitities, duration, PCT, keeping in mind that my main goal is strength and that I am a beginner. I do care about the aesthetic part but I don’t trade it for the weight on the Barbell.
I thought about using Tren because side by side with Anadrol, people say that it’s the one that gives you the most bang for your buck on the strength department, and the side effects of Anadrol seemed a little much.
I took into consideration the fact that Tren doesn’t aromatize.
And what about training? I have the supplemental and acessory work locked, however I’m not quite sure what kind of “periodization/progression” to use, I guess that I souldn’t go linear, but not quite sure if going Westside is the best way. Ideas???
Why would you not use a linear progression? Westside is a good program but its not the only program that works if your on drugs. You almost a 1500 total drug free at 198. Your already well ahead of many lifters even one on drugs. So obviously you have found a training style that works pretty well for your body. Once you hop on gear it’ll work even better. Hell you could respond horribly to Westside and even with the drugs not do so well with it. If it is not broken do not try to fix it.
