DISCLAIMER: I have no interest/plans in/to juicing my brains anytime soon. I was just curious as to how a top tier strength athlete (powerlifting, strongman, highland games, etc.) would go about a cycle (dosages, front loads, etc.) and what they would cycle.
I’m 18, 5’8-5’9, and ~220. I’ve been training for close to 3 years and I have one PL meet under my belt so far. Some of my lifts are currently as follows:
Squat - high 5s (no wraps), low 5s beltless
Bench - 400+, 385 CGBP
Deadlift - low 6s, high 5s beltless
Strict press - 235+
all raw
My goals are to be world class (WSM status):
squat - 870+
bench - 660+
deadlift - 900+
strict press - 420+
push press - 480+
more or less; all raw
firstly, for 18 you have possibly the most ridiculous strength levels I’ve ever heard. If I ever get those numbers I will be a very happy man.
As for the cycle, I think the standard rule of a half gram of test or so a week for the first cycle would still stand (double the first week to frontload). To put it in perspective, I added 20k to my bench in the first 7 weeks of doing that (and I’m weak as shit!), so someone with your outrageous strength genetics would, I would think, see even greater gains.
Seeing as you are going for maximum strength, you could include the oral Anadrol. Dosages generally range from 50mg to 100mg daily. I have never used it myself but I know powerlifters that love it. Makes you strong as a bear, apparently. You’d run it either at the start of your cycle or at the end, probably the end if you’re frontloading. Tren is a good compound for strength too but for a first cycle it’s not really recommended. There’s the chance you can get some unpleasant sides which first time users may not be able to handle (but then, I’m sure many do, and if you use the right ancillaries on cycle you’d probably be fine anyway…).
I’m just spitballing here, and am by no means an expert so I’m sure one of the powerlifting vets’ll chime in and give you a bit more help
Thanks. Like I said, it’s a work in a progress.
