First Cycle. Deca for Regeneration?

Hello, i am thinking about my first cycle. The main objective is to help heal old injuries, from fighting and lifting. I am not really interested in size and strenght gains even tho its a nice bonus. So i would like to keep things on necessary minikum. I was thinking 200mg deca for 12 week, but i understood its companies with some sort of tst?

I would appreciate all advice

About me- 6,3tall 210 weight, 24 yers old.

What sort of injuries are we talking? And what made you choose deca and it’s plethora of sides over something like peptides? When I tore my calf, tb500 and ipamorelin had me lifting again in a week.

Deca increases synovial fluid in the joints such as elbows, knees, shoulder etc. It provides temporary relief by cushioning/lubricating these areas. It does NOT heal anything. Further it does increase muscle mass but does not thicken ligament/tendons which put you in a position to cause further injury.

I won’t even get into the other side effects or why this is bad to run solo because it’s not a good idea.
