First Cycle

Hello;
I’m 24 years old and planning my first cycle which will be 500 mg test e for 12 weeks,with dbol first 4 weeks.

In the past I had some elbow issues,I would get pain during tricep exercises.
I went to the specialist and he couldn’t find nothing,so I just continued to train and the pain went away.

Now I’m fine,training with full strength for the last month and a half.
I was wondering should I maybe throw in some low amount of deca just to be safe during cycle?
Does deca really helps/prevents joint issues?
I don’t really want to use deca if I don’t have to because it kills libido for most people.

dont use the deca, and don’t do exercises that cause you pain, make sure you are properly warmed up before doing things that usually irritate your elbows. Usually an fst7 style of rope pushdowns or something like that will warm you up nicely and get that blood in there.

Also, taking a decent amount of fish oil daily will do good for your joints. This site also has a good product called Flameout that really helps out as well.

I’d advise against using dbol for your first cycle. I’d just run test. That being if you experience some side effects you will know what it’s from and won’t have to be guessing. Just my 2cents though. Apart from that fuck deca.

well, progestins have an anti-inflammatory effect on the joints, so yeah, Deca would help on cycle. HOWEVER, you’re only 24, and if you’re relying on that now, they you’re gonna need to basically be on that forever.

and if you use Deca, you will need to manage prolactin (in addition to estrogen), so it is one more thing to worry about…
