First Cycle, Dbol and Winny?

hey i am a 23 year old. i have been lifting for 6 years and am licensed to personal train. 5"10 1/2 and currently weight about 210 at 11% bodyfat, i have been as low as 7% but i have to weigh about 175 to be this lean. My buddy is currently using steroids and has his entire life he is about 230 lbs and 7% BF.

I would like to try one cycle just to see how my body reacts. He is getting me both dbol and winny to use for my first cycle and i really wouldnt like to use an injectable steroid if at all possible. i was just wondering this stack would be like and if i would actually get any benefit or only harm myself with this stack.

He claims i will have good results. i am already pleased with how i look but wouldnt mind being bigger and stronger and i know i can naturally but it just takes longer than i would like. but if this stack is going to hurt me in the long run then i will just tell him to fuck that and ill do it naturally. what do yall think?

tell him to fuck that and you’ll do it naturally

yeah thats what i was thinking i keep reading that both of those are liver toxic and that scares me plus everyone says you really need a test base in any stack. i dont wanna jack up my ability to gain naturally by using steroids

If he is recommending that, you should tell him to get a Scan of his liver lol.

ok… then don’t use steroids…

From what I’ve heard about sides and shoulder effects, id never take winny anyway. Do it naturally, Look at the diet from pain and gain, I gave it a shot and exploded up 18 lbs.

Go away. You just said in another thread that you don’t even use gear, and clearly know very little about it.

And as far as getting your diet and routines from muscle mags…lol

stop posting.

Lmfao @ pain and gain… Oh yeah don’t forget to add mark wahlbergs supplement line too, marked!

No. Im against most movie diets because they are often fads or lies, but the rock does actually know his shit.

And jeez people. Just because i dont use it anymore doesnt mean im not fascinated by it. Ive been studying it for years. Even reading books in my spare time. Im 19 and 230 lean. Im simply too young for it anyway. Dont knock me for my advice, as far as im concerned its sound. And honestly, 90 percent of the gym rats at my university do and or sell it, so i get a lot of first hand experience with people. Doesnt make our football team any better though it seems.

When it comes to things i do not pay any attention to or know anything about, such as B & C, i stay quiet and learn. And i always appreciate any corrections and such because I am rather young and always open to learning.

Sorry to burst your bubble but the rock is far from natural. Yes he does train hard but he is absolutely juiced up.

Oh i absolutely know that. He absolutely knows how to diet for a bulk though, and i tried it and it took me from 210 to 230 and since it was mostly lean food I didnt gain a whole lot of fat, a little conceiling my abs. I just thought since our friend was in a similar boat, it could be a suitable option. I recognize he is certified (mckinney), and knows a lot already. I simply offered something I went out on a limb to try, and had success with. And muscle mag diets are usually fads, but a diet that requires a lot of commitment, is planned appropriately with a good number of meals, not a waste. Its about the content, not always the location (of the advice).

Some diets suck for some people, because humans are very individual. The rock diet, and ryan hughes diet were the only two like this I ever attempted without simply counting macros. And ive been pleased with both. Knock me all you want, its just advice.

Welcome to T-Nation. Don’t make dumb claims and expect to not be called out on them. Super Cool Story Bro. No one give a shit if you juice or not. Don’t skip leg day? Have you looked at your legs versus mine?

If you are looking at my hub pics, you are an idiot. Most of them are from when I am younger than you.

Gah this is not even worth my time. Some people are just nit picky and cocky. And the claim for the diet was fine. Conversation over, i dont wanna keep bumping this thread from people who would actually appreciate more advice from people i.e mr walkaway (whom, favorable of me or not, i continue to learn from), install, bud, and others.

lol… making fun of bauber… the biggest and strongest guy on the site

fuckin’ a

Mr walkaway, judging by the detail you know, i wouldnt be suprised if that was actually you who was! :). You clearly read a lot of studies and detail as well, and that I admire.

bauber is 5’11 over 300lbs

im 5’9 230 lol…

I couldn’t be as big as him and still be healthy
