Your 18 and doing more than fine by your picture. Unless you plan on going to the NFL, Olympics or Mr.Olympia don’t even think about drugs till you turn 30. Don’t think HGH has “no side effects a and cost is the only downside” any more then Testosterone does. To quote a very wise man:
The right time to start gear is when you have done everything right (training, nutrition and rest) and you stop making gains. You have to realize that gear doesn’t make up for sloppy training, dieting and rest practices. All that gear does is enhance them.
So your first goal is to make sure you train properly (this includes making sure you have the mind/body connection - learn what physical failure and mental failure are), to make sure you eat properly on a consistent basis (VERY important) and that you rest adequately on a consistent basis too.
Once you mastered all those, and then you stagnate, that is when you should start the gear.
This is what I tell everyone that is thinking about starting gear or using ‘strong’ gear’ too soon - you will get a certain level of development natural. When that stops, add gear. When it stops again, add HGH. When it stops again, add insulin. When it stops again, add Syntherol, etc. If one was to take all the gear he could plus HGH plus insulin plus Syntherol right from the start, what is he going to do/take when all this stops working? He will be stuck. Sure he will get quicker short term results, but in the long run he will have less overall results than one that did it gradually and inteligently.

Listen man, if you get on a good consistent training program and stick with a good protein supplement, maybe some creatine and a nitric oxide supplement, eat good, you should see some great gains in your future. BE PATIENT, I been in the game for over 27 years and gains will come without AAS. I was over 40 when I first started AAS. If your suseptable to gyno, AAS and even prohormones are not a good choice right now.
Why are you so hell bent on doing steroids or even growth?
Not only is it foolish at 18 but not necessary.
You will run into many plateau’s in training. Work through them.
It’s my opinion that steroids and peptides are for a mature body, one that has reached it’s max potential naturally and your a long way from that.
And don’t think that there are no side effects from HGH.

i keep coming back with other supps becuase they are different, and i am looking to be bigger than i am now, im deff not an addictive person, ive never done any drugs, not even pot, never been high, i ocasionaly drink, maybe once of twice a year, i asked about prohormones, you guys told me not to take them, i took your advice and didnt take them, you guys told me to get on some nolva, i did now my gyno has decreased in size. now i asked about hgh, you guys are telling me not to, so im not going to. when i asked about prohormones none of you said dont do hgh for gods sake… becuase thats not what i asked, now i asked about hgh, got my answere and im satified. i am very appreciative that you guys are here for guidance at such a young age. i dont realize that im hellbent on fucking myself over, im just curious more than anything, i hear all these great things about the stuff on this forum, so i ask questions. ive fucked up with some of the stuff, but who hasnt? now i know so im not going to touch the stuff. thank you all for your responses, and ill try not to be so annoying from now on…thanks again

Good answer Dylan. You should keep asking questions. But always expect to get some flaming! I do like the fact that it doesn’t seem to bother you. I had a friend growing up that everyone made of because he kept asking questions in class, most of which were stupid questions. That guy is a Millionaire Surgeon today! i work at gnc, so i get all this promo shit all the time, so im constantly changing the supps im on depending on the “it” thing out on the market.
i have a very fast metabolism, about 6%bf w/o doing cardio, and great abs w/o working on them. so i can really eat w/e i want. but i always try and keep it clean to a certain extent, i shoot for neutral fats, like nuts and such. i go through about a dozen eggs a day, and about full box of angel hair pasta a day (quality stuff, no bleach and shit). then i supplement a total of 40-60g or protien a day when i want a snack.
as for my preworkout, ive been taking the TRAC nitro loading creatine, i know most of us dont believe in arganine enduced pumps here (ive gotten flamed for this) but i like it. i also picked up some caffeine tabs at walmart and do about 400mg. then immediatly after i take in about 40some gramms or protein, i really like the myoplex stuff ive been using, put on some great size. along with about 5g or creatine. i wait for about 45 min after my workout, then i have a meal, good fats protiens and depending on how i feel a little bit of sugar. along with that ill take my bcaas, and depending on how im doing on cash animal pak.
im eating constantly up until i go to bed, ill usually do about a cup of cottage cheese with 2 bananas, and sometimes a pbj sandwich if its really late. (dont ask me why on the pbj, i like them and they are really fatty ha)
here is my training schedule

tues back
wed legs
thur tris
fri bis
sat shoulders
sun legs
i do about 4 excersizes per body group and about 4-6 sets per excersize.
i keep the reps high with bis and legs. about 8-12 reps. i have naturally large legs, but its hard to see any cut. and the high reps has just seemed to work with bis.
everything else i stick with heavy weight low reps around 6-8.
my avatar pic is getting old also, ive put on a good amount of width and thickness while still maintaining cut on my new routine.
At your age, I was a tiny fucker. Much better-looking, but a tiny fucker nonetheless.
Whatever you’re doing naturally right now, it’s obviously only helping your already-great genetics and it would just be an awful shame if you went and tainted that potential so early.

i tried to cut the caffiene in half but i didnt feel it, i was taking no xplode for so long that its increased my tolerance or something, no xplode has like 600mg a serving i think. just curious, is caffiene bad in workouts. yeah i got a sick deal on the myoplex, got 10 packs for 95% off, one of the perks of working at gnc. ive been thinking about getting Surge when i get some more cash after the holidays, im acually really looking forward to it, ive never tried it.
