First cycle (cutting)

For some reason cannot post the blood results but endocrinologist checked it and everything is within the normal range.
Total testosterone is 950ng/dl and free test 26ng/dl.
I haven’t told the doctor reasons for doing the blood checks but arranged to do next one in 2 weeks.

Basic blood test also done since Im a blood donor these ones are free in our country.All within normal range.

On note from the Halo only cycle.
Increased motivation,determination,almost all excercises l notice l could do extra rep.Increased recovery rate.This is astonishing for me as first cycle with only 5mg of halo 3rd day.
Will keep everyone posted.
Meanwhile still open for suggestions how to protect my body from the stress of the halo itself.

My question is, how much do you value your life?
If it does not matter just take 350 mg / tren ace weekly, with the double amount of masteron P, a little bit of test (250). And you will be ready in no time.

But health vise, the maximum I would do is test and masteron. 1:2 ratio if you want more grainy look, or 1:1. But dont forget you need to be already lean to get the best visual effects from the masteron. Oh and not least, the masteron has some crazy strength gains as well.
And Maybe, i repeate maybe some Var as an add on, pre workout.

For first ever cycle i would not do more than 250 test as a base. Keep it simple.

I value my life alot.
As to what body fat I am currently at 10%.
Really think that l should keep it simple.
I am not chasing the aesthetics and look from the AAS.
Will stick to the halo and maybe incorporate a minimal dosage of testosterone but that will be the red line.
Monitoring my weight every day so to speak can’t get over 70-72 kg range staying in the category for the competition.
Safety plan if weight start increasing even though on caloric deficit,increase deficit by additional 100cals,start clenbuterol,increase cardio,restrict sodium intake and rely on magnesium electrolyte supplementation instead.(Weight so far so good, strength increased).

Day 5.

Recovery rate insane.Strenght gains very good as well.Sleep is better than before even tho I am very strict about sleeping and eating habits since 18 years old.(Now 30.)
Scaled today 68.5KG.
Appetite is also increased I manage to control it with protein shake before every meal.
Training 6 days a week with Sunday as a rest day.Also working heavy labor job 10 hrs a day Monday-Saturday.
What worries me most halo’s toxicity,So I take liver protection 3 times a day,one with the halo other two with lunch and dinner.
Many questions rising should I add minimal dosage of testosterone to follow the rule always have test as a base even tho my natural production is doing good job?
Is HCG required during and/or after the halo cycle as PCT?
Halo does not aromatize so what do l need on hand other than liver care,aspirin and omega 3?( And first and foremost my diet is calculated to the last calorie - only healthy food,1 cheat meal a week).
Last question what do you guys recommend for long term supplement for joints, ligaments and tendons strength and health ?

Day 12

Blood work done
Elevated liver enzymes ALT and AST(almost above normal,still within range)
Doubling the liver care protection dosage.
Running the halo at 10mg a day.
No roid rage,highly motivated about working out,working,eating,even increasing my cardio kind of cannot stand still in same spot lol.
Dropped weight now at 67kg do not know if it is from the drying effect of halo?
Zero simple carbs though,
only complex carbohydrates(180gr)
healthy fats(125g)
Proteins(210gr)

Calorie deficit working,not including clenbuterol,will incorporate simple carbs from tomorrow on before and after workout.
Water intake is atleast 5L a day.

Im open minded for suggestions on how to improve even more.
Still need answers about PCT too.

Pct For this mild cycle, nolvadex would suffice.
I would take it for 3 months. 20mg daily.
If Test is involved, then its another story.

Yes only Halo.So hopefully all goes well,will be doing blood checks regularly,blood pressure checks,any blood markers in particular to focus on or just regular blood work + hormone panel?

After the competition no matter the outcome,how long after PCT for new cycle since this is my first one so far.I think it all depends on the blood results right?

Do you feel obviously stronger?

Yes I absolutely feel stronger and can lift heavier weights on every exercise.Regarding each muscle group exercise I added + 10KG maintaining same number of repetitions.
For example let me take hammer curls:
I used to do 4 sets of 15 reps 15kg.
Now I can do easy 3 sets 15reps 20 kg and 1 set 12-15 reps 25kg.

Since I have schedule
Day 1 Chest-Biceps + 20min cardio.
Day 2 Back-Triceps + 20min cardio.
Day 3 Shoulders + 60min cardio.
Day 4 Legs + 20 min cardio.
Day 5 starting over Day one.

Every day even though forearms included in almost every exercise as supportive muscle group involved I am having regiment of training them additionally becouse it is the starting point for winning every armwrestling.

Noticing that caloric deficit is taking a toll on me making me sleep more and crave more food but I regulate it with mineral water, electrolytes and coke zero.

Considering taking one day off weight training and doing only low pace cardio while still in deficit.Last week will carb load since i have -3kg to manipulate with.

Cutting is (almost done?) now maintaining till the event,highly motivated to win the competition and do successful first mild cycle.Afterwards lossen up few weeks and then work on overall strength improvement not just muscle but overall health,bones,joints,tendons.Being very cautious playing it smart as much as I can.

That is when it starts becoming a challenge.

If my PCT is 3 month, i would wait at least the same amount of time off gear.

But to be honest im doing TRT, possibly for the rest of my life. In that case i would suggest that you hop on a TRT cycle and then do blasts with the desired “add ons”.

Its much lower stress for your body, then doing PCTs every year 1-2 times.

Thank God I live in a country where dexa scans,blood tests(basics) and endocrinology test are almost free(partly becouse being blood donor as well).
Yesterday did new dexa scan which shown 8.5% body fat.
ALT and AST a little above normal.
From basic blood samples all other parameters within the normal ranges.
Hormone panel shown:
Total Testosterone 1200ng/dl
Free Testosterone 30ng/dl
FSH within normal range
T3 within normal range
Estradiol low normal range
Progesterone within normal range.
Body weight 67.3kg.Blood pressure 110/70.
No odd things happening if I win on 14 March will add HCG low dose as PCT too.

Depends on your goals and your health (if you care). Usually goals trump health when it comes to AAS use, but YMMV.

When you’re tired of being ‘healthy’ and your goals require you to go on cycle again, then you go on cycle.

Omega 3 (5 grams a day)
The following 3 days will be resting upper body doing only legs,abs and cardio while increasing glucogen storage.

I am thinking that you have a few to many individual arm wrestling pulls (matches), and by winning you move up, and if you keep winning you will be competing in the finals, of the contest.

Yes indeed will have 15 mins rest after 3 matches with same candidate.Will make a log and post after the competition.I am already getting the idea how it will look since the guy number 2 is really open source on the internet so I really deep analyze my opponent and most of the weak points is their technique.
