First cycle (cutting)

Hello mates.

I have been traing since 11, actively in the gym since 17 and I am 30 now.
Getting ready for an armrestling competition in March 2025.
My weight is 74kg ,goal weight is 70kg.
Bodyfat is at 10%.
What would be the ideal first cycle?
Is a caloric deficit of 300cals enough of should i increase.
What protein fat carbs ratio would you recommend?

The ideal for a first cycle would be to use it as a tool for growth. There is 0 reason to use gear to lose 9lbs. Adjust your current diet/macros.
High protien/lower carbs/lower fats.
Post your current diet if you want help tuning it in.
Save the AAS for when you ready to grow. That’s where you will actually realize benefit.

Thing is I plan to always stay in the 70-72kg range,due to the fact I am the champion of the armwrestling category in this range but this year is the first when gear usage is allowed.
Overall goal is strength increase.

Diet I will post later in the evening but it is what have kept me in this range of weight for quite some time.

You have plenty of time to lose 4kg. But you are already lean, so this will be a challenge losing and keeping strength.

How long it there between weigh-in and the competition? The more time, the greater the ability to rehydrate.

A cycle with “dry” AAS. You don’t want to deal with the edema from “wet” AAS.

First: How many cycles have you run?
Second: How many arm wrestling competitions have you entered?

Long time until the weight in late February.

First:No cycles so far at all only keto diet,deep sleep, strength training 5 times a day cardio 6 times a day.

Second:won 2 years in a row now defending for the third time.competing for 7 years.

Dry steroids refering to winstrol,anavar,halo as orals right?
And which injectable?
To keep it simple and not shut me down for future plans of reproduction?

I don’t claim to make any guarantees. I don’t believe there is much evidence that a single cycle of AAS would cause a permanent shut down of your reproductive system.

Were all of your competitions in the same weight class (especially the ones you won)?

So, why do you decide to want to run an AAS cycle for this competition?

Also, is there any rule or suggestion that the competitors are not to use PED’s?

All competitions I took up to 70 kg is the ones I won.The other I competed were the category above 70kg and I took 3-4-5th place.

I decided to run an AAS cycle becouse this is the first year that PEDs are allowed in the competition,so I consider it as a way to stay on the same page as everyone else.Since they are doing it what stops me to do it so as well.

In the long run after this competition I will rest well,carb up,go to hot baths and step away from it.Too many injuries on the joint and ligaments.

Okay, it will be a challenge, if you never used AAS, to making your weight class. Your body will be attempting to add muscle tissue. I am far from an expert to taking AAS while trying to make a weight class that is lower than you would be very lean.

I would think you would be making much of the weight loss as water weight the final days before the competition.

First swipe at an AAS cycle that would be your first cycle while lean as you currently are and trying to make a weight class:
20 to 25mg Anavar per day
100 to 200mg/wk of Deca

Start 8 weeks out. (And no sooner than that.)

The weight in is done.69 kilograms.Did not run any aas.For this timeframe of less than a month need assistance what to take for strength gain and as little to no weight gain although probably no weight in again but to be sure.

Ideas on dry AAS cycle please.
Current protein/fat/carbs ratio is following:
200grams of protein(200 x 4=800cal)
60grams fat (60 x 9=730 cal)
200grams of complex carbs(200 x
4=800cal).

List your short and long term goals.
When is your competition?

Competition 14 March.Weight cap 70 kg.AAS allowed in the competition.
Short term goal win the competition.

Long term goal after the competition take some time off build stronger ligaments and tendons,improve strength and start up coaching youth.Might be off competition few years but not away from working out every day(resistance training and cardio),dieting and staying within 70-75kg.

So you’ve only got about 30 days to get ready.
I’m not a strength athlete but compounds you can take to gain strength and stay dry would be winstrol and anavar. These are both fairly mild.
Stronger compounds would be anadrol, superdrol and halo listed in order of strength but some pull a little water on anadrol so you’d have to monitor and drop it in time to keep weight for comp. Superdrol and halo will keep you dry and are very strong but are also very toxic to the body.
Since this will be your first cycle I would say use anavar or winstrol or both. The other three I would say save until you are more experienced.
With the 4 weeks you have you really don’t have time for injectables.
Maybe there are some other strength guys on here that can chime in but that’s my 2c.

For a first time AAS user who is already lean, you might have a tough time keeping the weight off. You are adding a substance that will likely attempt to put muscle mass on. It can be done, but it could present you quite a challenge.

The drier AAS minimizes excess fluid problem. Waiting until the final 4 weeks minimizes your options some. You should feel strength increases of the orals by the 10th day after starting.

You seem to have experience,so by you what would be the cycle like with halo as oral(with something strong for liver protection)
And add winstrol or anavar to it or small dosage of testosterone as a base?
What dosage how often etc.
Bear in mind I have access to any compound as long as it is AAS but would want to start by tomorrow.
Should i have clenbuterol included to shed some weight with it ?
Becouse last week before event can do only cardio as to let ligaments rest and be in full capacity.
Will be doing basic blood work every week to have cholesterol and liver enzymes in check.
Any experience and knowledge is welcome and if you know someone who is well known on this forum please tag so he/she can advise.

Im starting today.
I bet you are right.
Well here goes;
Winstrol 1ml(50mg daily) injectable
Halostetin 5 mg daily (first 2 week)
10mg daily (week 3)
2 x 10mg (week 4)
Testosterone Enathate 100mg every 3 days.

Liver protection,omega 3(5 grams daily)
Aspirin 100mg a day.
If weight increased,will involve more cardio and clenbuterol.

If your gonna do halo then that’s all you would do for orals. It’s very strong and toxic so 4-5 weeks max. If you wanted to add test you would need test no ester and take it daily pre workout.

Yes only halo as oral.
Winstrol as injectable.

From test only testosterone cyprionate,enathate,acetate and sustanon available.Should i pass this time and not take any test at all?

Personally I would not bother with the winstrol. Halo is very powerful.

The only test that I would bother running in your timeframe is TNE. Nothing else will saturate fast enough to make a rela difference.

TNE not available so doing halo only already started.
Liver care and omega 3 as suplements.
Aspine 100mg to prevent blood clots.
Anything else to add of preventive measures?

Tomorrow will post full hormone panel results from blood work.Blood was drawn today before starting.
Being extra cautious.
