Hello, i have decided to start my first cycle after 2+ years of lifting. The cycle will start 15th of may. I have been in and out of the gym since i was about 10 years old but didn’t start serious training where i actually wanted to build muscle about 2 years ago.
Stats:
Height - 185cm
Weight - 70kg (dry weight) (was 73kg at peak bulk) (My body makes it very difficult to gain fat and people think i am 75kg+ minimum and can’t believe im just 70kg) I also have a very good foundation even at 70kg. (Started at 55kg at like 180cm)
Bf - haven’t done a real test but would guess about 12-15%
My first cycle will be a 12 week cycle using 500mg test e a week injecting 250mg every Monday and Thursday. I also have an ai on hand and will be using clomid as pct
Cycle:
Week 1-12: 500mg test e
Week 14/15-17: 50mg clomid a day
Week 17-19: 25mg clomid a day
Will adjust pct if i notice any need for it.
Workout split:
In my years of training i have mainly done ppl or an arnold split, for this cycle i will be doing ppl x arnold split. I will increase volume, intensity and adjust this as i feel how i recover.
Split:
Push
Pull
Legs
Chest/back
Arms/shoulders
Legs
Rest
Diet: I know diet is the most important thing about building muscle. So i will share this too so you get a better understanding.
Kcals: 4000
Macros split: 45:20:35
Macros: 450g carbs - 200g protein - 156g fat
(Please let me know if you have any tips on this subject)
I am using My Fitness Pal for tracking.
Will adjust every week if i notice i don’t gain weight.
As you can tell i have a hyper metabolism. When i was bulking my hardest i was eating nearly 4500 kcals but i gained more fat. As i said will adjust acordingly.
Will listen to any advice given as i haven’t done a cycle before. I have done my share of reasearch so i am comftorable on my knowledge and risks/side effects.
Will update this log every week of the cycle and if you have anything to add before i start feel free to:)
Even if that’s true, you have a lot more growing to do naturally unless there’s something seriously wrong with you.
How strong are you? What do you look like?
It’s literally one of the most obvious objective measures to define your body.
I’m not anti-steroid at all, but you have years of productive natural lifting (and more importantly, eating) to go before I’d think it’s worth considering.
When i was bulking at 4500 kcals a day i gained weight very slow. From 55kg to where i am now is mostly pure muscle. My body puts on little to no fat even if i would eat mcdonalds every day. Also i did a lbs convertion wrong. I am about 154 lbs so let me fix that.
I see your point. Also i converted the lbs wrong so check the updated weight. I know weight is a key element to define your body but you have people weighing 70kg and looks bigger than 80+kg people.
Lots of chicken and pasta, love making chicken, rice and eggs in one pan with some sauce, fish, beans, protein shakes if i don’t get my macros in by meals. No shitty foods ofc especially on cycle.
