Sorry, yes that is dose/week. Its hard to calculate BF lost but I have maintained pretty good vascularity on my shoulders, chest, arms and legs. Abs are slightly visible in the right light LOL.
I like masteron for its effects on libido, and erection quality. Its part of my cruise now. I started after I did a course of Deca and it fucked up my erection quality. Mast seemed to restore that.
Anavar is good but… for me personally it gives me pretty severe muscle cramps after about 2 weeks at almost any dose. However, we’re all different and it may do great for you. Its not a magic bullet though. The best results you’ll get are from a clean diet. I also do a high intensity full body workout 3 days a week where I have very little rest between sets and keep my HR elevated pretty much for a solid hour.
my diet consists of keto and fasting, push weights every other day, little cardio only due to car accident injuries resulting in hips injuries i weigh 17 stone,bf 20% age 51 kind regards phil
Both are niches that can serve their own purpose, sometimes quite well depending on the person. Neither of these work if you are not in a deficit though. Are you tracking your intake or weight?
Going on AAS to lose weight without being in a deficit is like trying to save money without looking at your bank account. You might be doing something, you certainly feel that you are, but you have no objective evidence to know you’re doing anything properly.
hiya thanx for your reply much appreciated, thanx for the advice,i must say really like this forum receiving positive advice from all the members means alot

Totally agree.
But the urban legend is that if you are on keto you somehow burn more fat even when not in a deficit.
Idk why and where it comes from but i once read a bit some keto forum and i saw there fat people eating huge piles of bacon and expecting to get lean real soon, haha
i use to be type 2 diabetes and weighed 22 stone due to car crash and bed bound put on so much weight and eating the wrong things, decided to go on keto and fasting now i have reversed the diabetes and got my weight down to 17 stone, with my mobility probs and therefore minimal cardio, been a long hard road to recovery
If you go from carbs to no carbs you can lose weight at maintenance or above, but it is water weight. Losing fat is a different story at maintenance though. Weight vs fat.
I agree with you though, I don’t care much about dropping muscle water to see the scale go down.
I think this is part of why many of those that do Keto think it works so well. They often lose 10 lbs of scale weight in the first week, but they are fooling themselves thinking it is fat.
exactly. It will burn through everything you ate and if you have consumed less than your maintenance calories - you will lose weight.
If you consumed your maintenance calories - you will maintain your weight.
If you consume more than your maintenance calories - you will gain weight.
There is no magic about this, but it sounds as if you’re at the ‘grand octopus’ level in the Keto Cult - so I’m starting to doubt your objectivity.
