with a 20% body fat is there a cycle i can do without worry about estrogen problems

I would do a 12 week cycle of proper diet and then reevaluate.

I’m sure there will be guys here to tell you to drop your BF before starting a cycle. In my experience, the right cycle will help you cut fat.

Anyway to answer your question, your best bet is to have nolvadex on hand which is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It will reduce the negative effects of E2 without killing all the E2 in your system like an AI.

thankyou for your reply makes sense what your saying,but ive been reading about test in low doses being used for people with higher body fat which has helped them to shred their fat.as i said im 20% is there any dry roids which may help towards reducing my body fat any advice is greatly appreciated

I’m sorry to tell you man, but if you don’t know how to cut the fat, you should not be asking for cycle advice. Get down the basics first. Cutting fat is really easy if you are willing to suffer a bit.

Just to make sure I’m not giving the wrong advice. You are not by any chance very advanced in the amount of muscle you carry (Powerlifter, strong man type of body)? Give us some stats

Steroids don’t burn fat, They can help you retain some muscle while dieting but that’s it. If you wanna lose fat you need diet and exercise in check. How do you know you are 20%? Most greatly underestimate their BF%. The higher the BF the more likely you are to convert ay a higher rate.

im 51 17 stone bf 20% im on a keto diet and lifting weights far as cardio not much due to car accident so very painful hips i have done a sarm cycle of 5 weeks of rad140 which back then shed hell of alot of belly fat was suprised how much slimmer i looked,so was just wandering is there any roid which can contribute with diet and exercise to help lower my bf as im quite keen to going on test but ive read best to have a bf at 15% to start with,but with my injuries and i suppose inpatience was hoping there was a compound that could contribute to my goals.many thanx by the way to take the time and answer me much appreciated

Well, for me that involves a base of test and masteron coupled with GH and T3.

high protein and a reasonable calorie deficit, you are not going to eat away at your muscle.

It seems you’ve made your mind up and are running this cycle. What and how much do you plan to take?

hi there when you used this compounds what was your bf and how well did this achieve your goals

was looking at 300mg test e for 16 weeks then cruize at 150mg test e after the 16 weeks

have you ever used test e before? I understand you said first cycle, doesn’t mean you aren’t already on trt.

do you plan to stay on trt? asking because cruise at 150mg.

If you are going to blast and cruise, and need to lose weight, start with cruising. Lose the fat, then blast. Cruising first will help get you in a routine, help you learn your response to Test, allow you to get some blood work (you should do blood work before cruising too) while on T.

Really think about if this is something you want to do. TBH, blasting has been disappointing. I am not as big or strong as I expected. I think I could have gotten most of the gains with just cruising.

Its your first cycle - why do you think you will have those problems at all?

p.s - if you actually care about problems, the best advice is to not cycle… blast and cruise or dont touch the shit… cycling is just renting muscle and paying for it with your wellbeing.

NO there are NOT.

no never used test b4 only done a rad140 cycle,but planning to stay on test and blasting, cruz at 150mg and blast 300mg but at a higher body fat am i gona run into estrogen probs i do av exmestane blocker on hand but not totally sure of the dosage,been told a quater of a 25mg pill every 3 days if i feel any gyno probs,appreciate the time for you to advise me kindest regards p.s i train most days pushing weights some cardio but due to hips pain from car accident quite limited and im on a keto diet
