I’m gonna post my most recent progress pics. Bw is just hovering around 209-210 right now and I feel very lean for this weight. I usually weigh around 215 post-workout and am significantly leaner than I ever have been weighing that much PW.

I am just 16 weeks out of my contest right now.

Gotta work on this one

On the ab and thigh bring your elbows as close together as you can, it allows you to flare your lats more and flows better. I’d also suggest putting one leg in front of the other in that shot as well.

Ya this was my first time trying the ab thigh, so I’ll def take the advice and give it a shot next time! I am definitely feeling much leaner, yet weight was about the same as last week, so that’s a good sign.

Ya I kinda screwed up the side tri, but I’ll get that all worked out.

Thanks David, I think my back poses are my best too, especially this one…I’m working on the Lat spread. I just need to pull my elbows back a bit more on this pose and I should be able to really get it perfect.

I really ramped up my back training in the past year and it has really showed me the potential I have to grow there.

Try hitting the MM with one hand on the wrist, I think with your structure it may look better than the hands clasped. You’re looking hella lean, keep smashinger brah!
