I’m getting it in, already at close two gallons today. I am trying to get it in before late evening that way I am not up ALL night peeing!
Regarding the carb up, brown rice pretty much all day on Wednesday through Friday, that is the carb that got where I am and my body is used to it (to go along with CT’s concept of “stay with the girl who you brought to the dance”). Maybe some potatoes for dinner but otherwise all brown rice.
On the day of the contest, it will be a small amount of brown rice, several Raptor bars, raisins, dark chocolate, rice cakes and glycerin. I will have grape jelly and Snicker’s bar handy as back up carb sources as well.
POSING PRACTICE
I hit the relaxed poses for 2 minutes each, no rest in between. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Occasionally I took a second or two to reset, but otherwise, straight posing. I went straight into the mandatory poses for 20 seconds each with a relaxed pose in between each mandatory pose. All in all, it was 17 minutes straight of posing. No cramps, everything felt awesome. Just trying to prepare for the worst.
