I have only been on and off the site over the last few years now but hope to be back on a bit more. After almost 10 years of training myself I decided to switched careers and over the last 3-4 years I had joined the fitness industry as a trainer. After years of in the trenches experience and studying under Poliquin, Milos Sarcev, Ben Pakulski and a few other great coaches/mentors I found many great methods/systems to help myself and clients optimise health and results.
ANYWAY, over the last few months I decided to do a shoot, to promote myself as a coach, and ended up getting into much better condition that anticipated and a few friends who have competed had insisted I enter a comp which is around the corner so I said why the F not!
2nd March, I will hit the stage for the first time, which is something I have always had in the back of my mind over the years but never felt I had the “shape” until now.
Happy to announce this. I am 9 days out today and looking damn sharp. Posing coming along well and will be practicing daily up until game day!
This week i did:
Mon: Same diet
Tues: Same diet
Wed: Same diet
Thurs: Begun loading carbs
Friday: Loaded all day
Sat: 1/2 the day pro/fats…2nd 1/2 pro/carbs
Water I kept it high 6L, today dropped back a little 4L and tomorrow before stage at 4:40pm I will perhaps have about 2L

Yep legs are okay comparatively but certainly have to bring up my chest, back and delts in the future when back on a “growing” phase.

I’d say that’s a pretty good assessment of what you need to work on. Delts stuck out the most to me.
You look great overall, though. I’m sure you’ll kill it at your show.
Sorry for the delayed update. After the show, I’ve had a busy week back at work as well as a seminar last 3 days.
Here are some pics. I didn’t place, but felt I did well and loved the experience. Can’t wait to go again in October…this time, more than 4 weeks prep haha and with MORE size…and perhaps even drier
