So my sex drive is 0 atm my streight and weight dont go up since 2 months

A snapshot of your LH means nothing. You need TT, FT, E2, FSH, LH, SHBG all during the same lab pull.

There are some older men who will show a normal testosterone and other hormones in the morning hours, later in the day the HPTA can become dysfunctional and you’ll never know because you’re only testing in the a.m.
Certain types of thyroid, HPTA dysfunction doesn’t show up on regular lab testing.
A dysfunctional HPTA isn’t always all or nothing, but something in between.
Throw in endocrine disrupting chemicals into the mix, which has been shown to affect receptors, target tissue for which these hormones interact and things become more elusive.
A lab test, a snapshot in time really isn’t seeing the bigger picture.

i have atm problem with sex drive and my wounds arent healing good but maybe its overtrain well who knows
What does blocked mean?
You need lots more actual blood work to diagnose something
