Okay so I am 5 weeks into my first 12 week blast and would like your thoughts on what I should do or keep doing what I am doing. Okay so I have been on TRT for a year at 100mg Test C every 5 days. Well about 5 weeks ago I decided to start my first blast ever so currently I am doing
500mg Test C a week for 12 weeks and Dbol 30mg a day for 5 weeks so just ending and .25mg Arimidex every 3 days for 12 weeks.
So everyone told me I was gonna gain a good amount of weight from the Dbol but after 5 weeks I have only gained 7 pounds and I am eating a clean bulking diet 3600 calories a day and at first I thought maybe I got some bunk gear. So at the 3 week mark I went to my doctor and got my lab work done and my T level was through the roof and my estrogen was in the normal range my RBC were in normal rage but at the high end and blood pressure is good. So I feel it’s good gear and I have gotten a lot stronger also retaining a bit of water.
My trainer knows I am on gear so is training me accordingly. So my goal is to gain mass to then cut and do a show a year from now. I have never done one before so I am not trying to win or anything but wanna have a good show. So my thoughts are at the 6 week mark to donate blood to address my RBC levels. Also my original plan was to be on Dbol 6 weeks but decided to stop at 5 weeks. I have also been having a lot of joint pains in my knees and tennis elbow bad. I am not sure if it’s from the gear or from me just push more weight then I have ever pushed. Thoughts opinions any help you guys could give me would be great thanks
