First Blast Help

Okay so I am 5 weeks into my first 12 week blast and would like your thoughts on what I should do or keep doing what I am doing. Okay so I have been on TRT for a year at 100mg Test C every 5 days. Well about 5 weeks ago I decided to start my first blast ever so currently I am doing
500mg Test C a week for 12 weeks and Dbol 30mg a day for 5 weeks so just ending and .25mg Arimidex every 3 days for 12 weeks.

So everyone told me I was gonna gain a good amount of weight from the Dbol but after 5 weeks I have only gained 7 pounds and I am eating a clean bulking diet 3600 calories a day and at first I thought maybe I got some bunk gear. So at the 3 week mark I went to my doctor and got my lab work done and my T level was through the roof and my estrogen was in the normal range my RBC were in normal rage but at the high end and blood pressure is good. So I feel it’s good gear and I have gotten a lot stronger also retaining a bit of water.

My trainer knows I am on gear so is training me accordingly. So my goal is to gain mass to then cut and do a show a year from now. I have never done one before so I am not trying to win or anything but wanna have a good show. So my thoughts are at the 6 week mark to donate blood to address my RBC levels. Also my original plan was to be on Dbol 6 weeks but decided to stop at 5 weeks. I have also been having a lot of joint pains in my knees and tennis elbow bad. I am not sure if it’s from the gear or from me just push more weight then I have ever pushed. Thoughts opinions any help you guys could give me would be great thanks

It seems like you’re doing everything right, man. Just eat well (you are) and train hard (you are) and you’ll get great results.

As far as the joint pain, you could back off the adex a little bit, especially when you drop the dbol. Otherwise just listen to your body and don’t overdo it.

Ok thanks I’m a newbie but did my research as best as I could and just wanted to make sure I was on the right track. I will try what you suggested now that I am gonna be off Dbol and switch to .125mg every 3 days. Then see where my levels are when I get my lab work on week 8 thanks for the help

7 lbs in 5 weeks is a good gain if it’s all muscle

High test reduces collagen synthesis and causes joint pain in some. Could also be lowering of E2 on the AI or a combination of the two.
