Firefighter Training

Hi Coach,

This is my first post and I was hoping you might be able to provide some insight for me. I´m currently training for my firefighting physical exam and I know you´ve trained fire fighters in the past. I´m a bit unsure of which form of training to go ahead with. I want to both continue to gain strength and improve on my work capacity and strength endurance.

I´ve mostly been focusing on strength in the manner you discribed over the past 6-8 months. I´m not sure whether to focus on a single capacity or to incorporate each into a weekly training regime. I was just wondering if you might have some tips or strategies you might be able to share.
