Well, I have not been taping as it was taking away from my set up and now is very important to get everything as close to excellent as I can. Training is going great – last weeks numbers squat 375, bench 245 and dead lift 385. I will be working up this week and next then it will be only openers for a week.
Only 21 days left until lifting :).
And yes Chris did come and interview me last week, but I am not sure when the article will come out…
