Ok, I am officially fed up with suits! I put on the dual quad that I start to put on last dl workout – but got to tired to finsh. Got it on – it hurt like hell. Weight felt easy off the floor, but I got stuck at my knees when it got heavy.
So, 390 made it to my knees – but lock out no.

You’ll figure it out Malinda and you will get the most from the suit because it will be nice and tight and not worn out. It really does take a lot of energy just putting the suit on.

Hey Malinda,
Have you tried taking airborne? I work in a hospital and its the best thing I’ve ever taken being exposed to so many “Sick” people. Thought it might help with your hectic schedule.

Thanks Anna – I will pick some up for next time. Went to the Dr yesterday, seems it is bronchitis and he put me on a Z-pak. So I should be better soon.

Not a bad session, might need to consider going back to the training shirt, really not sure yet. I think that my strength will be much better next week. My body weight is also down to 82.8kg from 85.5 kg on sunday; might have played a part in tonights training?
