I wish I had known you were going to be at the arnolds…I would have loved to meet you! I was sitting in the back of the powerlifing room, up on the back stage (only way I could see a thing) there were so many people around the stage area. The camera lady must have gotten some really cool shots shooting pictures downward at the lifters. Was this a national level meet, did everyone there have to qualify?
My mom is so funny, she asked me “why do they hold their arms out in front of them like that before they bench?” I had to explain to her the whole bench shirt/squat suit thing. She seemed much more comfortable watching the table tennis meet hahah

Well you walked right past me! I was the one sitting at the registration table as you came in ;).
Yes it was a invitational or qualify meet. Wish I would have lifted now.
Maybe next time as it seems USAPL has been invited back.
