Daily I get 213g protein, 65.5g fat (flax, fish oil, and natural peanut butter), and 90g carbs (46 of which come from Surge and 32 of which are fiber). So if we’re not counting fiber as true carbs I’m only taking in 68g of carbs. That leaves me at total calories of:
Total calories: 1971 calories.
Sometimes I’ll add in a veggie drink that is similar to superfood. So question is am I good? What can I change?
I’m not really losing any weight at all anymore. My lifts haven’t decreased but they’re not really going up either. Go check the video from my rate my pic thread (the pictures are before, the video is current) and you can get a gauge of my current bodyfat levels. I’d say around 7-8%. Any input?
I hold a lot of water. I have striations in my delts, veins coming out in my quads even though it’s hard to see in the video, and veins in my lower abs/triceps. Even seeing my glutes come out a good bit.
All my fat is pretty much concentrated in my abs I’d say. I’ll dry out and post pics again when I’m dried out and it’s much more noticeable. Thib said 9.8% is the point where you can see the line down the center of your abs and I’m well past that point. That being said critique on the diet would be helpful.
Critique on what diet? you barely told us what you eat and when. how can we critique?
everybody is different. some people can see abs at double digit body fat.
guessing body fat based on a mirror is just ignorant, no offense at all.

Right now it’s basically 4 shakes of Metabolic Drive + 4 servings of flax seed meal + lots of Flameout + surge post workout + 2 servings of natural peanut butter with a carb up once every 6 days that is usually a red baron classic crust 4 cheese pizza and maybe some chicken paramasan.
So kind of like v-diet/AD mix in there I suppose. I’m living off the shakes right now because I just graduated college, still looking for a job, and have zero money. I just happened to have stocked up on protein before I quit my job and moved back with the parentals.
I don’t eat dinner with them because well they eat crap and my mom won’t cook quality nutritional food or give me money to buy my own so it’s protein shakes, peanut butter for the most part.
Its hard to tell from the video; but what is your height and current weight? (and when do you weigh yourself?)
if i had to guess, i’d say your around 10-12%.
having stirations in your shoulders/arms is pretty common; i was at around 18% and had them…but i digress
looking pretty lean though, good job man.
knowing your height/weight will help people assist you with your diet, 1900 calories is barely eating.
@ 6’-1" when i was cutting i was still taking in 2800kcal/day and i was around 180lbs…now i know everyone is different…its just an example.
