Hello, i just got my blood tests back LH/FSH SHBG was fine but my total test is low and he said to me come back in 3 months, he didint take e2 values, could it be i have high e2 and thats why my total test is low?
Possibly. Run another PCT then get bloods done again is probably your best bet.
Pay and get your own bloods drawn. Then you will know for sure.
Running another pct is always an option. There is also restart protocols in serious situations
What is your definition of low. Maybe provide numbers and ranges

Now when i get to see my results my LH is low?

I dont know because I donāt know how low your test levels are you just said they are lowā¦ Are they
1)You are no longer a man low
2)pretty low and you feel shitty
3)on the lower end of average
If itās non existant or very very low you need to run a restart. If itās low but clearly your are still producing somewhat maybe waiting on your body for a couple months is a good idea. You could get bloods drawn each month to atleast know if you are improving

Option 1) get nolva from different source and try pct again.
Option 2) look into clomid there is a protocol for raising natural test i dont know it off the top my head but Google could help you
Option 3) tell your doc you fucked up and need to restart
Option 4) do a restart protocol on your own

Well we canāt discuss sources here so only you can try to varify your source as much as possible. If you do use clomid or nolva again I would def suggest a different source

I dont know the protocol for clomid on boosting natural test. I just know it exsist. Maybe start a new thread here asking about it or Google it Iām sure itās available many places online

Clomid monotherapy has no set protocol. Itās all off label (in the US at least). So it could be 25mg three days a week, it could be 50mg/d, depends on the doctor. Because thereās no clear answer you have to work your way through it and monitor results via feeling and blood work.
