Finish What You Started

So STARVING today…hope that means Im in for a whoosh!

I have a serious cottage cheese addiction… I could go through a whole 16oz container in a day if I allowed it…1 container usually lasts 2 days…I average about 3.5/wk. The cottage cheese that I get is 2 for $5…that could be $60/month in cottage cheese alone!

But I quit energy drinks and I don’t take pills of any kind, so I guess there could be worse things.

You’re so cool, MiM! You have the most adorable kids! IH shares your cottage cheese addiction. He eats it all hours of the day/night!!!

I’m wooshing you a nice day

Thanks Grny!! haha, Im cool… :stuck_out_tongue:

Ooo I like the idea of weighted planks.

I laughed at “curls, curls, curls”. All of this step up talk is getting me motivated for them again.

Glad to see you are still gettin’ after it with everything you have!

all those single legged things will carry over great in your squats! single legged stuff is awesome!

oh and i forgot to mention that freakin step up are hard! good for you!!! —i find those really difficult :{

FIFTIES!!! All you awesome ladies with your FIFITES! luv it. Saw a little ripped kid at the gym struggling to get them up then failing for one press. Thought of y’all <3

That’s some stellar shit

I love the “there could be worse things” comment.
I basically tell myself that when I buy things obsessively. Like “Well, I could be spending money on crack” haha

I’d like weighted planks and push ups too but I don’t want to bother anyone to put the plate on my back… I’d rather ask strangers to tie my shoes :stuck_out_tongue:
If you don’t recall me asking someone to tie my shoe when doing bulgarian squats, then please disregard haha

step ups are hard which is why I never did them, haha. And they hurt my knees… But I like getting better at the things I suck at and they don’t hurt my knees anymore.
I never did lunges either, but there one of my fave moves now…
I figure the step ups could be good for hiking anyway.

The 50s…ya, I don’t consistently do them but I should!

all kinds of rawr!! nice and strong MIM.

I like cottage cheese mixed with vanilla protein powder. I could eat shitloads. I’m not letting myself have any this week though. Maybe Saturday. I’m rubbish with moderation. If something yummy is there I will eat it.

Found this one and only now pretty old(13 yrs!) pic of me.

We got to walk in a parade this morning to represent the cub scouts. Then we went to one of our favorite spots(Marine Museum)

Daughter started to lose it…point of no return for her really, but we made it home alive and I made breakfast for dinner. Belly is fully of yummy pancakes now.

HI Pch!!!

Cal- I tried the cottage cheese/protein powder…but it was tooooo sweet for my liking. Im pretty good about moderating it. Like I said, the whole thing could be gone in one sitting…

what a cutie MIM - you hardly look a day older! I am NOT, even under torture pulling out my 13yr old pics. baby yes, but I was not a pretty teen. ugh.

HA! you are such a little cutie! Look at that smile!

MiM, way to kill that workout! Strong numbers across the board. So jelly! Those 50s really are something!!

And for anyone who ever wanted to know, MiM is proof, you can indeed shed fat and get stronger! You’re progress never ceases to amaze me.
